Very happy with Bee's service. It was easy to schedule appointments, with little wait time, and the plumber who came out did great work. He also explained what he did clearly, and even helped me get a bit of a discount.

Sean came out to our house within 30 minutes of us calling. He was extremely competent (and honestly the whole company was) and was great to have around. He gave us a bunch of choices moving forward with completing the fix that we needed done. All around I would definitely recommend, and ask for Sean!!

Outstanding service

Jacob helped out with a toilet replacement and shutoff valve replacement, answered all my nosy questions about flanges and wax seals, was patient with my barking dog, and cleaned everything up. Thanks, Jacob!

Josh and his fellow service trainee (Alejandro) were incredibly helpful, efficient, and attentive diagnosising a competing service company defective tankless water heater installation (not to code) and were able to remain on site, replace the tankless water heater, and take the required additional steps to ensure the new unit was installed effectively and to city code all on the same day.

Polite and professional

Probably the most comfortable experience I have ever had with any plumbing company. Paul and Travis came to inspect a leak that had developed from a second-floor shower. Bees was recommended the water damage restoration company. Both Paul and Travis were very transparent, honest, and took the time to explain all the work they were going to do. They also took the time to look at my other pipes (sinks, bathrooms, etc) for any apparent problems (complimentary, and they asked my permission before doing so). Lo and behold, water was also leaking from an important pipe in the basement. Water had begun pooling but this was caught early thanks to them. They were able to get an estimate on the spot, and the cost was quite fair for the work they had to do and the time they spent (multiple hours sawing, cutting, crimping, etc). Throughout the process, Paul explained what he was doing and let me look and ask questions - VERY important for me to learn preventative measures and save myself time and money in the future. Overall, the vibe was that there was no attempt to upsell services or push for subscriptions (common with other contracting companies). I say it was the most "comfortable" experience because it was clear they were just there to do the work and share knowledge without pushing, cajoling and most importantly preying on our lack of plumbing knowledge. That was seriously dope. At the end, we paid by card and there was NO expectation or even option to leave a tip on the tablet. I chose to leave a cash tip and it was clearly not expected. Pretty much could not have felt better about the attitude/vibe/honesty of the contractors (Paul and Travis were stand up dudes) which reflects well on the org itself. TL;DR felt very comfortable, encouraged to ask questions, given accurate and unbiased information, efficient work, 1-year warranty, clearly not a high-pressure burn-and-churn sales culture. Appreciate it!

Expert Sump pump repair and service

Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable about my particular issue. Helped make the best choice for my wallet and state of mind. Don't believe the wipe makers when they say they are flushable, cause they are not. Thanks again.

Sean was fantastic - extremely professional, figured out the issue quickly, was completely prepared to remedy everything on the spot, and explained everything super well, so we understood our options. Tech was great.

Bryson was both professional and friendly. He came to clear a drain clog and identified a leak that I was unaware of as well as a faulty hot water valve. All the urgent issues were handled the same visit. A plan for future needs was discussed and priced out with zero pressure. Great experience, would recommend.

Salesi was great. He showed up and talked with me through every step of the way so knew what to expect following each procedure.

TD was great. Explained each step and cost and was happy for me to watch him work on my stubborn toilet clog. Communication with Bee’s was clear, friendly and quick from start to finish.

We had an emergency plumbing issue when our sump pump stopped working and flooded. I called two other plumbing companies before Bee’s and neither could get to us right away. Bee’s Plumbing and Heating truly saved the day. The person who answered the phone was so kind and immediately assigned someone to come out. Salesi, the technician, arrived within about an hour of my initial call. He was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and immediately got to work. He was very thorough in diagnosing the issue and clearly explained what was going on. Once we agreed to the work, he left to pick up the needed supplies and came right back to start the repair. Salesi was efficient, informative, and exactly what we needed during a stressful situation. I cannot recommend Bee’s Plumbing and Heating enough, especially Salesi. While I hope we don’t have any more plumbing emergencies, they will absolutely be the first company I call if we do.

Service was on time and completed as expected. We ran into an issue at first due to prior work, but the worker was able to resolve it and everything worked out. We are very satisfied. We also appreciate the clear communication and ease of scheduling.

Sam Sr. and his apprentice were great in helping out with a major drain clog issue. They went above and beyond to make sure all the other drains and water heater were setup correctly as well.

First time customer with Bee’s.Tonight I had an incredible residential service experience with Milan from Bee’s - best in over a decade. Had a water issue that i was expecting a typical service call out 2-4 weeks. I called at 2:30pm and had help at 5:00pm. Milan knew what he was doing, was extremely pleasant and engaging, and worked thoroughly to do a great job at their bid price. Over and above service - a rarity these days. Use Bee’s - I’ve hired skilled trade workers for over 30 years and these guys are among the very best.

Highly recommend. Our kitchen faucet hose suddenly failed, causing leakage under our cabinets - 2 days before Thanksgiving! We were very impressed by the outstanding customer service that Bee's Plumbing and Heating provides - high marks for immediately connecting us to a human when we called who was able to schedule our service for that very day. Our plumber, Luke, went above and beyond the call of duty to explain and recommend options for replacing the faucet. Luke did excellent work -- his expertise and customer service is A++++ MARCH 3 UPDATE: My husband and I were so impressed by the quick response and excellent customer service, that we called Bee's once again to request our favorite plumber, Luke (and his colleague, Baker) to update our current CPVC piping to Pex as well as to repair our leaking bathtub faucet and to install a new water heater. Luke is a gifted plumber and did outstanding work. We highly recommend Luke and Baker.

Plumbing emergencies are always an awful surprise. Jordan and Diego are nothing short of hero’s. For an old house filled with huge plumbing problems, these incredibly hard working guys found and fixed them all. And after an exhausting all day job, came back the next day with a smile to keep going and make sure nothing was missed! We are completely impressed!

Paul and Travis were amazing they took the time to explain what I needed after we found some additional work to be done then the org quote and we’re so nice to work with going to use them again when I remodel my second bathroom as well.

I had to have a hot water valve replaced on short notice. I was able to schedule with Braden, who came out within a few hours and did a superb job with the replacement.

Bee's was fast, reasonably priced, and had great communication. Work was done very well. Eddie was my plumber and he did a great job. My toilet needed a new tank. When they showed up they had one in the truck that was an imperfect match. I appreciated that he did not at all try to force or encourage me to use the mismatch toilet and he instead offered to find the exact match, which he then did, went and got the exact tank and came back the same day. Overall a really great experience.

First to call in response to my web inquiry. First on the scene to get our hot water restored through a great tankless water heater on the same day as the inspection. Might not have been the cheapest (don’t know…couldn’t wait to find out) but I trusted Eddie’s assessment and recommendations. He treated me fairly and most importantly he did the job well. He even discovered that our main service valve was in its last stages given the reduced pressure. Now we have endless hot water and much better water pressure. I’d recommend for sure. All of it done in an afternoon. Pretty sweet!

We had a bathroom plumbing emergency on a Sunday. Luke was at our house within a couple of hours. Super polite and professional. He evaluated the situation, provided the estimate, unclogged the line, explained the cause and other contributing factors then had me watch video as he fed a camera down the line. We had a leak under our driveway that we discovered late Thursday. We called Bee's plumbing and they were out the next day, gave us a few estimates for different solutions and had us all fixed up with a complete replacement by Tuesday - and all of this on Superbowl weekend. Throughout the whole thing they were helpful, courteous, and easy to work with.

We had an issue with our bathtub yesterday evening and had to the water off. We have a 3 year old so obviously it’s important to have water. My husband called Bee’s Plumbing and TD came out ridge away. He was very friendly, professional and efficient. He was able to get our water back on safely but it was late so he ended up coming back the next day (on his day off) to finish off the loose ends in the bathtub! He communicated very well. He even picked up a few useful parts for the bathtub and gave them to my husband!!

Wow. I’m so happy I called Bee’s plumbing! From the initial call to the end of my service I had a great experience. Josh and Marc showed up in a timely manner same-day! I had a plumbing emergency that they handled with speed and professionalism. Both Josh and Marc were friendly and skillful. They listened to what I had to say and went right to work fixing the issue. I am in the construction industry so I know that they had a working knowledge of their trade and the experience to recommend the right solution. The price was fair especially considering that the last plumber completely botched the job and left us with the same issue we started with. My only regret is I didn’t call Bee’s first. I’ll definitely only call them in the future. Thanks!

Very happy with Bees Plumbing, easily the best we’ve used. Trench and Bryon were knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. They got the job done quickly and left everything clean and neat. Their work was far more professional than other plumbers we’ve used over the past few years. Customer service was excellent as well which I have to say is rare these days. Very impressed with Trent and Bryson from Bee’s plumbing. Had our 2 old ( 22yrs, 24 yrs)hot water tanks replaced and a whole house water filtration system with well sulphur filter installed. We were having issues with a sulphur smell coming from a new sink downstairs. Trent explained everything about the new tanks and filter. My water heater went out and I knew I needed a replacement. I have had bad experience in the past with another company. Bee’s Plumbing and Heating came recommended from a family member. From the receptionist to the technician Doc, I received the upmost professionalism. I called and got a same day appointment and they even had a water tank with them to replace my old one. There were a few challenges on the way but Doc’s 40 plus years of experience made it look like a breeze. He was professional and friendly. He made the experience a pleasure and I would highly recommend Bee’s Plumbing and Heating to friends and family.

Thank you so much to Doc and Darien for unclogging the drain in the kitchen, fixing the pipes so it won't happen again, installing a new garbage disposal after I destroyed mine, and leaving the space in better condition than they found it. They both did a fantastic job! Bee's Plumbing was so helpful overall. They got these guys out on a Saturday and I could not be more pleased with their work. You can't tell by the pictures because they cleaned the sink for me, but it was truly disgusting, because the pipe was clogged to the stack, and back up into the sink. They redid the plumbing under the sink as well. Their work is amazing. Highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience with Niko G., the technician who fixed a leak under my kitchen sink and replaced an entire toilet in the bathroom. Niko was professional, friendly, and clearly confident in his work. It was such a relief to know the job was in capable hands, especially since I know very little about plumbing. He even stayed late to ensure everything was done correctly, which I truly appreciate. Niko went above and beyond, and in my opinion, he deserves a bonus for the outstanding service he provided.
