The Installation
We installed a Navien NPE-240 Standard2 Tankless Water Heater, connecting it to the existing gas, venting, electrical, and water infrastructure. The compact wall-mounted design freed up valuable floor space in the utility area while delivering unlimited on-demand hot water.
The homeowner was advised about the possibility of brief temperature fluctuations during start-up — a normal characteristic of tankless systems that resolves within seconds. With proper maintenance, this system will provide reliable hot water for years to come.
