The team at Bee's was awesome from the customer service reps to the tech! They were extremely courteous throughout the process and the tech arrived very quickly to take care of our broken water heater on short notice. I will definitely call Bee's again if/when we need a plumber again.

We experienced some flooding due to a burst hose bib. Bee's Plumbing was the most responsive company we talked to who was able to get us booked immediately. Adam, the plumber they sent out, did a great job of letting us know the diagnosis and the costs very quickly, and got the job done in under an hour. He explained exactly what had happened, and sent us photos and an invoice immediately that we could take to insurance. We'd definitely use them again!

Aaron did a good, complete job, replacing a hose bib that burst over the really cold snap this past winter. From replacing a leaky shut-off valve to fitting a new hose bib, to building in an access panel and making sure everything was wrapped and insulated. Very happy with the job, definitely a major improvement over the slapdash job the original plumber did.

Just had Tyler out to replace a leaking kitchen faucet and he was on time, very nice and respectful and did quick quality work! Even our dog loved him as he treated her to dog biscuits and a toy. :) We will ask for him again if another plumbing need arises. Thanks Tyler!

Bee's responded to my request for a flush out on a 10 yr. plus tankless water heater. The original installer did not install service valves. After Christian and Ivan installed the service valves, the internal rings failed. They took time to search for replacement parts, which was hopeless because the manufacturer had gone bankrupt and left the country 10 yrs ago. Bee's staff worked up an affordable solution for replacement with a reliable upgrade model. They installed the new unit the day after we approved the estimate. We are extremely pleased with the service, including their respecting our COVID concerns and cleanliness and their personable demeanor. Bee's will be our first call for future plumbing needs.

Bee’s was super easy to work with, from the friendly and communicative scheduler, to the fast service call, timely technicians who arrived on the early side of the large time window, with multiple texts and calls to let us know their ETA, to the friendly plumber who helped talk us through the maintenance issue our tankless hot water heater needed. He was very patient and thorough in explaining all of the steps required so that we could do it ourselves in the future if we wanted, in an effort to help us save some $$! Much appreciated. He also quickly helped us with another small issue that was an easy fix for him but had been a months long malfunctioning headache for us! Plumbers are not inexpensive but the cost is easier to swallow when the whole process is smooth, and you are reassured that you can trust those who are in your home. Thanks Marcos and thanks Bees!

Should you need a plumber and don't know who to call or who to trust I have the answer Bee's Plumbling. I have used them for over 6 years now. When I first needed a plumber I felt sick thinking who can I trust. I took the plunge and called Bee's Plumbing. So glad I did, I've never called anyone else since. They are honest, reliable and give you a complete quote before starting work and they stick to the quoted price! Their plumbers are courteous, honest, upstanding human beings.

Christian and Ivan were great! They were our plumbers after a hose on the roof started leaking. After we described the problem and they took a look they immediately figured out the issue–the pipe behind the hose bib froze over in winter, causing it to expand and crack. We were given multiple quotes, one to have everything fixed to the way it was and another slightly more expensive option to add a shutoff by the ceiling so we can drain the water on the roof in the winter. We went with the second option and it was still a few hundred dollars cheaper than a quote from a different company for the same work without a shutoff. These folks worked fast, explained everything they were doing and answered all of our questions, and were friendly. They also showed us how to shut off the main water valve (yes, we should already know how to do this… now we do :) ) and gave us some advice on other failure points in the system to look for.

We used Bees Plumbing for replacing some old pipes a couple of months ago. Jacob and Chandler did such a great job for us that we called them again when we were ready to have a toilet and vanity installed. We couldn't be happier! They showed up on time, cleaned up everything when they were finished and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the work before they left.

I've used bees plumbing a few times now and every time has been a great experience. They do a great job with communication from dispatch to the plumbers themselves. Bee's Plumbing call us back immediately and although we didn't need immediate service, they were able to arrive next day. Diego and his partner were very professional. They kept us up to date with the arrival time so we could arrange entry. As work was requested for a unit on the market, they took care to keep the powder room clean. They diagnosed the problem and were able to reseal the drain and tighten fittings using the existing parts. The quote was accurate, and they were happy to apply the mail coupon we had received. Highly recommended.
