Customer service is very nice and communicative. Julio has been by a few times and always does a great job and is very friendly. I will say that the prices are a bit outrageous. This goes with any plumbing company I’ve had quotes from. It’s ridiculous. Julio quoted me between $400-$800 to replace a hose bib that was leaking on the side of my house. I ended up just turning the water off at the supply main myself, unscrewing the hose bib and finding that the rubber washer was out of place. I moved it back into place and it works fine now. Literally a 5 minute fix. So, always trouble shoot for yourself before contacting g a plumbing company. The good news is they have a coupon to clean out your drain for $149. This is a very reasonable price in my opinion.

It was about a month ago our water heater stopped working, we literally froze over night, the next morning I called Bee’s using the mailer you guys sent and had someone come by to install a new tankless water heater which worked a lot better than the one we had before, special thanks to James for honoring our mailer’s discount over the phone, even though i couldn’t find it when the plumber arrived

Our crawl space had water leaking into it, Pierre sent a tech to our house on an emergency call, fortunately the plumber got their on time to able to prevent further damage, he was able to repair the 1/2 inch plastic water line which prevented further damage, had 1800 come out after thanks for the recommendation

The water softener system in my parent’s house in Des Moines was causing a lot of issues like limescale buildup and soap scum, James referred us to Bee’s Plumbing and we had a plumber out to us the same day, the tech was able to find the issue which was a faulty control valve, he replaced the valve and tested it out. Diego and Cody did a great job at detecting a leak in our kitchen. Diego gave us his plan of action and a detailed estimate. While he was here he also replaced 8 shut off valves in our other bathroom sinks that had been recalled by the manufacturer. He also reinstalled a bathroom fixture that my husband put in backward lol. These young men were professionals and very meticulous with their work and left everything clean. We had a gas leak in our home in Maple Valley, Pierre sent a plumber to inspect it, the plumber was able to find the source, he repaired the damage part of the gas line, and did a pressure test to make sure everything was working, you guys are super professional and quick!

Our how water took forever to heat up, I called Bee’s plumbing and a tech was at my door in no time. He looked at the water heater and found a damaged heating element that wasn’t working. He replaced the damage part, and now our hot water turns on in seconds, also big thanks to Pierre for the discount.

Today was like my Birthday & Christmas and first day of Spring ! When Bee's Plumbing sent theirvplumber and apprentice from their West Seattle location to my home today, the rest of my day was a GIFT. CHRISTIAN and his apprentice, Ivan, worked at installing my new kitchen faucet with patience and skill. And it was tight fit working under that kitchen sink as picture shows

Our running toilet was driving up our water bills and serving as a real annoyance. I called bees plumbing James answered the phone and he was able to send a plumber to our house in Auburn who inspected our toilet and found a fault flapper valve which adjusted the water level and significantly reduced our water bill.
