I had Ben over to my house this afternoon for a 2-5 appointment. When I showered, it seemed like everything started backing up. Ben was so great! He stayed until the job was totally resolved. He had everything he needed on his truck to fix it as well so I didn’t have to wait for return visits! Overall good experience. This tall guy came out early in the morning and did good quality work. Most importantly I got the work done the way I wanted it done and at a fair price. My wife is happy with the Delta hardware we went with. ***Update*** Well the cool weather showed up and the furnace gave up the ghost. Since Halloween is around the corner I'll throw a sheet over the old one till I can take it to the scrap yard for some beer money. I'm happy with American Standard furnace I got that is essentially a Trane furnace

Everyone that I dealt with at Bee's was super professional and incredibly responsive. They made an appointment quickly, and followed up with a text. The technicians were incredible professional and approachable. They are definitely family oriented and I never for a second thought I was being "sold" a service. When I did commit to more work, they were at my house the next day. Super friendly and respectful of my space. I highly recommend them. I would call them again in a second. I don't think any situation works phase them. They are very down to earth.

Yesterday I had a huge leak from my second floor bathroom all they way down to my basement. I had no idea what to do. I did some research on Yelp and found Bee's Plumbing and Heating. When I called, Melissa answered and was able to get me set up the same day with the Plumber (her husband) Ben. Bee's Plumbing has to be the most honest, on time, and affordable plumbing company I have come across yet! They clearly follow a customer first mentality! When they were done, they recommend me to a great water damage restoration company to help clean up the mess from the water. I wouldn't hesitate to contact them again if a situation arises! I'm happy to have these folks in my contractor tool box!

From start to finish, this was the best home repair experience I have ever had. Melissa was amazing on the phone, kind, responsive and totally on it. They came out the next day and I was blown away by their professionalism. Very very fair, found a different issue than they came out for, and didn't charge us for original problem. They gave us referrals for the other issue. These people care about creating an honest business with happy customers.

We had a leak in an upper floor bathroom and I was expecting the worst. There was a home in the ceiling under the bathroom and a previous plumber from a larger plumbing company was talking about ripping out the bathroom and apocalyptic scenarios ($$$$$$$$). I called Bee's because enough was enough: I needed to get the leak fixed and assess the damage. The guys were on time (early actually, they called and asked if I wanted an earlier time slot). Super nice guys, had booties in the house, straightforward too. They came in, looked at the problem, and fixed it in less than 20 minutes. The price was very reasonable for the quick fix. I will have to patch the ceiling since they needed to cut a slightly larger hole to get access to the problem, but that's a non-issue compared to a leak and all the potential problems that can cause. I'd definitely give them a call the next time I have a plumbing need.

Bee's Plumbing and Heating saved the day! This is an excellent family run company that delivers high quality work at a great price. Got home on Tuesday night to a broken main line. We spent Wednesday calling different companies and a friend suggested we contact Ben and Melissa. Most companies said they could not start until Friday or the week after and it would take at least a couple days to get it done. With a four year old and days away of having another baby we could not be without water for that long. Bee's Plumbing gave us a fair price and promised that the job would be done by Thursday night. They started working at 7:30 am Thursday morning and before 6 pm water was restored. Both Melissa (on the phone) and Ben (doing the work) were incredibly nice and helpful. We are very happy we used Bee's services and we will definitely be using them in the future.

I have used a few different plumbing companies since we purchased our home. I have to say this company was by far the easiest one to work with. When i originally called to see if they had anyone available same day to come take a look at my tub that was leaking into my downstairs light Melissa reassured me that a plumber would be out shortly. Within about an hour or so Ben showed up. He was honest and made me feel comfortable that the job was being done right and for the right price. I am happy that i finally found a company that does great work and takes care of their customers. Will definitely be calling them if i ever have any other plumbing needs.

I have had Ben to my house for three different jobs; a large re-pipe job, a small plumbing fixture installation, and a no-heat emergency. I have zero complaints. I will not hesitate to call Ben again. I recommend him to everyone! Thank you for your no-hassle, excellent service.
