I had alarming brown stuff come up out of the shower drain. It smelled astoundingly bad so I called Bee's and Sam came out the next morning. Sam had come out some months ago to fix my kitchen faucet which has been working great ever since. This time, we couldn't recreate the occurrence (all brown stuff and smell was gone) so Sam didn't do anything and he didn't charge me. They fix stuff when it's needed and they don't fix stuff when it's not needed. In addition, this shower leaks into the garage and I had been avoiding getting anything done because it's expensive and I didn't have someone in mind. Sam gave me a referral so now I'll try moving forward on that project.

I had just purchased my house and showered for a week before the tub started not draining. AHH! Last thing we needed. I called Bee's Plumbing and Heating and they sent out Colton on the same day! After a but of assessing and a trip into the crawl space it was found that not only was the drain clogged but it was also leaking. I was presented with an upfront quote to complete the repair needed, and he had all of the equipment on his truck to proceed right away. He was able to replace the tub drain in a matter of hours and explained what he was doing every step of the way! Superb service! I would recommend Bee's to any one who needs plumbing or heating service!

I called Bee's Plumbing this morning because of a slow/clogged drain in my tenant's kitchen sink. I am so impressed with the response and professionalism I received. Matt and Caleb arrived within 30 minutes of my phone call and determined that the clog was in the drainpipe under the concrete slab of my basement. They bid the job and told me exactly what they were planning to do. They were able to insert their heavy duty 40 foot electric snake into the clean-out pipe to reach and remove a root ball that had formed in the pipe which leads into my septic tank. The price quoted was very reasonable and much less than I would have paid someone who did not have the knowledge to immediately determine the problem and had the necessary equipment on their truck ready to take care of it. They set aside two hours for the job and finished within that time. At my request, Matt also looked at my water heater and leaky faucet and gave me written bids for both items, when i am ready to have the work done. I highly recommend Bee's Plumbing. They were recommended to me by another highly rated plumbing company that I called who wasn't available today to help me.

We had planned to have guests here for three nights and various things were not working in our bathroom. The sink would drain very very slowly & the drain mechanism would not work. The toilet handle needed to be held down to the count of four seconds to get a full & complete flush. Bee's was here the next day with two guys. They explained & fixed things and they provided me estimates / bids for potential problems we might have in future. I am very happy with their service!! I now feel I have a plumber I can count on. We have used Bee's Plumbing twice and had great experiences both occasions. The first service call was for a slow draining toilet. Mick was the plumber that was sent to us. He was great. He made sure that our floors were protected and was very clean. I was given the option to remove and replace the toilet myself, which gave me significant savings. He was very pleasant; we had a great conversation about brewing beer and he was awesome with our puppy. The cost of each procedure was explained to me before they started any work. Overall the experience was great. We received exceptional service at a fair price. We called Bee's a second time for a low flow issue with our shower and I specifically requested Mick because I know my wife would be comfortable with him when I was not home. She had the same great experience with him. He fixed our shower issues quickly and cleanly. He listened to me as I explained what troubleshooting I had done on my own and didn't waste time redoing what I had done, he efficiently solved the issue. Any good plumber is going to be expensive, but I am confident that I received a good value. I had previously called a competing 'rooter' company to address the same issue. They tried to charge me about $200 to replace something that I'd just told them I'd replaced the week before. I'll call Bee's Plumbing anytime I need a plumber.

Absolutely wonderful people working at this company, I would recommend Scott in a heartbeat to any of my friends and family, he does great, efficient work & the estimate he gave was very reasonable and within my budget. He was able to explain things to me in a very simple easy to understand Manor and when the job was finished it was well above exceptional work, very pleased with the outcome. Matt did a great job installing some new gas piping for a tankless water heater.

Melissa and Jillian are always responsive, helpful, and informative. They keep you posted if the plumber's going to be late because of another job, and they always show up. Ben is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and flexible. We put in a basement bathroom and I'm pretty handy, so we were able to work it out so he'd help me with things I needed pro for, and he gave me tips on the things I did myself. When we had an unexpected leak in a drain pipe (unrelated to the bathroom), he was out within hours and fixed it immediately. Highly recommend Bee's Plumbing!!

So happy this company was referred by my local Moms group! This morning I woke up to a leak in my ceiling and panicked since it was Thanksgiving tomorrow. I didn’t think I would find anyone to help. After asking my mom friends, I was referred by about 5 moms to Bee’s Plumbing and Heating. I called and got Jillian on the phone around 7:15. She had the plumber to my house by 9. This is absolutely unbeatable service. When the plumber arrived to my West Seattle home, he crawled around to figure out where it was coming from and deterred the scope of the repair. He presented me with some options on the Ipad and was quickly able to proceed with the repair. They emailed an Invoice upon completion. I love how this company is so with the times and I love the fact they save paper! I can’t thank them enough for saving my thanksgiving!

Had an under the house sump pump issue last night. Melissa was so great in having Julio come over on a short notice..and Julio was awesome. Very courteous and professional. He fixed the issue in a minute...and was so truthful. Minimal cost and all is good. Thank you Melissa & Julio....we know who our go-to plumbers going forward!

So happy I called Bee’s Plumbing and Heating! I had a malfunctioning pressure regulator valve that was causing all the plumbing fixtures in my house to leak. They were able to get Ben over the very next day. He fixed the leaks and replaced the pressure regulator the same day. While he was on site, I noticed the truck said heating so he was able to service my furnace as well during the same trip and saved me money to not have to pay for a second visit! An added bonus is that they are 100% paperless. I got a nice little bio about Ben when he was on the way and he emailed me a copy of the invoice upon completion. I will be sure to refer Bee’s Plumbing and Heating to all my friends and family from now on!

My contractor hired this company since the work was beyond his abilities and we had a time constraint. Bee's came out the next day and did a great job for a fair price. I was sick that day and the.guy who came out was understanding and just did what he needed to do. He was nice, professional and did a great job with little notice. It did allow us to move forward with finishing the shower. I would recommend this company for all your plumbing needs, even complicated issues.
