A customer reached out to Bee’s after noticing a leak around a recently installed bidet. While the installation appeared to be in place, water was making its way behind the toilet, so our plumber came out to troubleshoot the issue and identify the source of the leak.
Our plumber inspected the water supply connection and determined that the bidet needed to be repositioned and reinstalled to ensure the toilet was receiving the proper water supply. The customer-supplied bidet was carefully reconnected and the surrounding area was checked for signs of leaking.
After the adjustment, the connection was tested to make sure everything was functioning properly and no additional water was escaping around the supply line. A small change in positioning made a big difference in getting the setup working as it should.
