The customer called Bee’s Plumbing after their master bathroom sink became completely backed up and would no longer drain. Our technician inspected the drain and removed the P-trap—the curved section of pipe underneath the sink—to gain access to the drain line.
Once the P-trap was removed, the technician snaked the sink drain to clear the blockage. During the process, a significant buildup of hair was discovered inside the drain line, which was the cause of the stoppage. The line was cleared to restore proper drainage and get the sink back in working order.
After completing the drain cleaning, the system was tested to make sure the sink was draining properly. The drain was also tethered upon completion to help ensure everything was secure and ready for use.
