The folks at Bee’s Plumbing were great! They found that the toilet I was having installed was cracked, so they rounded out part of the work in a tidy way, charged me for just that portion, and came back when the new one arrived. For the second appointment, they knew I was eager to get it wrapped up, so they got me in early after a cancellation. They were communicative and professional throughout. The only downside is that they are quite pricey relative to some other quotes I’ve seen, and they wouldn’t give me even a ballpark estimate on the job until someone was onsite (which incurred a fee). Update: After seeing this review, the folks at Bee's Plumbing reached out to me and wound up refunding a portion of the cost! Their follow-up showed an excellent commitment to customer service, so I updated my review :D

My water heater, which not only provides our hot water but also heats the house, stopped heating. Most companies were scheduling several days out, but Bee's was able to send someone over the next day (and if I had called earlier, I think it would have been the same day). When the plumbers arrived, they initially had no idea what they were looking at. Apparently this kind of setup (a combined water heater/hydronic heater with a tank) isn't something they work on, and the specific part that was having an issue (the pressure sensor switch) was totally new to them. But the companies that specialize in this kind of thing couldn't send anyone until the next week, so they decided to try, and after contacting the water heater company to have someone help them through the diagnostics, they actually got it figured out and working! Very impressed by their determination and willingness to work outside their comfort zone, and super appreciative of having hot water again.

This was the first time we have used Bee's Plumbing and they were outstanding. Great communication, on-time, timely and so professional. Zane and the technician were the best. WE WILL USE BEE'S AGAIN!!!

My experience with Bee's plumbing started great from the initial phone call. They were easy to work with and communicated very well from the start. Daniel came our to our house to install our faucet and fix a few pipes from our countertop install and he talked us through all the options and made sure we were comfortable with everything. I would highly recommend Bee's to anyone that has plumbing needs!

We had a new tub and shower installed, along with a new toilet to replace the old one. Bee's did all the plumbing work & tub & toilet install, and did a fantastic job. They were knowledgeable every step of the way, very professional and communicative. We're happy with the results, and would highly recommend Bee's. Easily the best plumbers in the area that we've found.

I upgraded my kitchen countertops and decided to get a new sink at the same time but learned too late that the installers weren’t going to be able to connect the sink back up to the plumbing as I had thought…Bee’s Plumbing to the Rescue! Garrett and PJ were able to come the very next day and connect the new sink, including creating all new pipes to accommodate the new configuration. They were very professional, friendly and helpful, answering my questions and explaining what my options were so I could confidently make an informed decision. The next time I need a plumber, I know who to call!

I can't recommend Bee's Plumbing & Heating enough. I've worked with three other plumbing companies in the area and Bee's was the most affordable and they were the only ones to get the job done. Every interaction I had with their staff was phenomenal, and Tate, our technician, was on time, courteous, and so patient when I asked (probably too many) questions. As a new homeowner, it's so nice to know there's such a reliable and friendly company just a call away.

Tate's work was exemplary. He is a highly competent plumber along with being courteous and friendly. Tate explains well the work to be done, and does it well. After disappointing experiences with other plumbing services, Tate will be my go-to plumber for future needs. I was very pleased with the overall Bee's Plumbing experience.

I had a laundry list of issues, from no water pressure in the shower to a leaky shutoff valve in the toilet. Blake was very professional in explaining each issue and did a great job in repairing the items. I would definitely use them again for any plumbing need.

We had them come out to retrofit some pipes so that we could have a new dishwasher installed (also by them) and they were amazing! From the time you call to make the appointment to the time they are finished, they are professional and friendly! We will be calling them for all our plumbing needs and as we remodel.

I was having plumbing problems and saw Bee's right down the street from me so I decided to stop in and ask some questions. I spoke with Rob Warzyski in the 'Tug' and he was very helpful in answering all my questions and helping me - great service and very knowledgeable.

Professionals. The work was done to my satisfaction. Replacing the house's main valve and 3 shut off valves under the kitchen sink. A bit pricy though.

Ben, Daniel and the entire Bee’s team have been nothing short of spectacular. Both the teams in the field and the team in the office are always so kind and patient and willing to talk you thru every possible scenario, give you their opinions and you can tell they just want to help their customers make the best decision for them their selves. Every time I’m on a call with someone from Bee’s or have Ben and Daniel on-site, at this point I just know I will be taken care of. I had a very large project for both my personal condo unit as well as our building as a whole needing to be repiped and they were with us every step of the way. I even had a tub that was delayed in arriving and I figured out it was at a warehouse in Kent - and they offered to pick it up and deliver to my house that day so we could get it installed! Seriously, I could go on and on. Amazing people and company. I without any hesitation recommend Bee’s Plumbing.

I was so pleased with this company, after having 2 different companies cancel on me with no notice, Bee's Plumbing and Heating came to the rescue. They were so friendly on the phone and tried to get me the earliest appt possible....the next day....I really was hoping for same day service. I took the appt for the next day and about 45 minutes later they called me back letting me know that they had a cancellation and could be at my place immediately if I was home! I was so impressed with the way they took care of my needs. In addition, once Adam and Marcos got to my place, they fixed everything, and ensured all of the connections were working properly! I will definitely use their services again, and hope this helps anyone looking for a great plumbing company to fix the unfortunate issues we all have from time to time! Thank you so much!!!

These guys were great! Professional, fast, and thorough. Reviewed the problem and provided me options depending on how invasive/expensive we wanted it to be. Garrett and John were courteous and friendly. 5 stars, would recommend.

These guys came out to pump water out of our gas line so that our outdoor fireplace could work properly again. We saw Sam, and Darius the first day and they were excellent. Professional, and you could really tell that they knew what they were doing. We were a little concerned about something afterward so Ryan and Eric came out a few days later and again they were excellent. They spent a lot of time trying to find out if something was wrong and honestly there wasn’t. No charge for the return visit. Bees is amazing because they answer after hours if you need some thing, and their communication is amazing. They even tell you a little bit about the techs they are sending.

Sam Jr and Darius did an outstanding job. Sam Jr. was highly recommended by a friend, so I scheduled an appointment to get cost estimates for several plumbing projects. I asked many, many questions and they thoughtfully answered every single one; they also took care to propose well considered options to each of the projects I called them to look at. We decided to replace the bathtub drain right away, and they did an excellent job communicating to us about the project, making sure everything was done correctly, and triple checking their work afterwards. Sam and Darius are clearly skilled plumbers, and great to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
