Since the issue wasn't something that fell under their domain, they were able to waive their visitation fee. I had what turned out to be a broken underground pipe next to my house. After getting the water shut off I called Bees Plumbing. Never used them before, but I will again. They recognized the urgency they arrived very quickly. Julio diagnosed the issue and developed a plan. It was late in the afternoon and needed to get gas and electric marked before they could dig. Julio arrived before 8 the next morning and dig a great job. He explained everything and answered all my questions. I so appreciate his professionalism and promptness. We had gone all night without water but he got us up and running in no time. Excellent and will call on Bee Plumbing again if needed

Very prompt and friendly service! Both plumbers were very knowledgeable and explained everything that was going on clearly.

We've used Bee's for a number of years, having them replace a couple of other plumbing companies. The project to upgrade the neighbor's sewer line necessitated work on our line due to a junction tie-in and shared line to the sewer main. Throughout the process they have been friendly, professional, and tidy. That last is a bit impressive as the excavation is all dirt, mud, and broken concrete. The portion that we covered came in under projection and they were flexible with payment. Bee's should send Matt G and his team out to lunch for a job well done.

Hot water tank broke at night, they were out early next morning, determined problem, installed new one. Very professional and friendly.
