I had their fridge magnet for a couple years on my fridge. I needed a plumber and called their number After hours, person who answered was so kind and friendly and set me up for the following morning to help resolve my plumbing issues. Trent and Bryson were dispatched to my condo in Seattle. I was very fortunate to be in great hands.. The resolved on my issues updated my drain turned up the heat in my water tank and I was very happy. They left a great impression and I will be calling back in the future for my plumbing needs. I am happy to write a 5-star review for Jeff and Sean from Bee's Plumbing--for their prompt response in an Emergency and their Outstanding Service until my problem was resolved. When my downstairs neighbor alerted me to a possible leak in my condo—water was coming into her condo—I was able to quickly shut off the water supply to my toilet. However, I clearly needed professional help right away. Having noticed Bee's Plumbing signs on Delridge Way during my commutes, I decided to call them for assistance. Although Jeff and Sean were about to finish their workday, they made time to come to my condo and address the problem. They ensured there would be no further leakage and, at my request, even removed the toilet and offered to dispose of it. Their willingness to go the extra mile provided me with "peace of mind" during a very stressful situation. I later called Jeff with several other questions about plumbing, and he was always willing to offer guidance, his opinion and cost estimates. When it came time to choose a new toilet, Jeff took the time to discuss the advantages of different brands and models, helping me make an informed decision. In the end, I decided to replace only the one toilet, and I specifically requested Jeff and Sean do the installation. Throughout the process, their professionalism and commitment to quality work truly reflected their expertise and pride in their work. They did a great job. Thanks Jeff. Thanks Sean. Great service, came out the same day I called and Brendan fixed our outside faucet that was leaking and made sure everything was cleaned up afterwards. Would definitely recommend.

Update: I'm adding to me previous review since this is the second time I've had plumbing hello from Bee's. They're phenomenal. The scheduler was kind and had great communication, and the plumber (Parker) was professional, timely, friendly, and did an amazing repair replacing some failing components of my sinks. Thank y'all for yet another amazing job, and for your help! Older review: First off, the scheduler who fielded my call was amazingly friendly, helpful, and informative. They were able to schedule my service for Monday after I called on a Friday, and I am so grateful. Zane and his apprentice were efficient, professional, great communicators, and did a wonderful job on fixing my shower, and repairing the faucet and valve. My shower looks way better, and performs nicely, and I can't thank them enough. The pricing was fair, and I will definitely be using their services again if the need arises. I highly recommend Zane and the people at Bee's Plumbing!

We came home late Friday to a puddle on the floor, leaking out of the closet. And lo, it was our water heater. Nobody likes a Friday night plumbing emergency. But we’ve used Bee’s in the past so I went right to their website where I could make an online appointment request and was thrilled to see they could come the next day. We needed that old girl replaced. They showed up on time and got right to work. Now we’re all set for the next 6 years, at least. Couldn’t afford the extended warranty but it’s a kind of security to know that Bee’s can always help us in an emergency.

Our technician Parker was awesome. Quick, efficient, personable. My wife wasn’t happy with some trim options and he even let us pick a trim and came out to install it for us. Awesome work. 11/10 service.

Expensive but did a great job

Very impressed with the quality and speed of service. They had someone out to my home within an hour of the initial call and the plumber was both courteous and very competent. They did a great job and I’d recommend them without hesitation.

I’ve dealt with 5 different plumbing companies over the years. all of which I got a bad vibe from and charged me an arm and a leg. Bee’s plumbing and heating are the complete opposite. I had the pleasure of dealing with Jacob who was amazing. Very professional and walked through everything with me in great detail. He completed the job timely and always kept in contact. I will be recommending him to anyone else who needs work done.

we were very happy that they were able to get here as fast as they did as our toilet was unusable with raw sewage being spewed into the yard. They fixed it pretty quickly.

Josh and Nathan with Bee’s Plumbing and Heating repaired a toilet problem. They thoroughly assessed the issue and promptly got it fixed. They answered all my questions (there were many) and earned my trust in the process . . . so much so, I plan to call to have them come back to address something they noticed that I was not aware of. While they were here, they also installed a sink stopper that was never put in years back with a new faucet (by a different company). They were polite, on time, and very professional. I highly recommend.
