Good availability - Came out the day I called. Jeff and Antonio were friendly, helpful, and explained what they found as the problem, the repair needed, and how to avoid future problems. They were neat and left no mess. They were extremely knowledgeable. They felt like old friends. My only concern is the total cost. I was informed of the expected cost, and the estimate was correct. I didn't get prices from any other company, so their prices may be "in the ballpark" for the area.

I always get great, professional service from Bee's. I WISH I wasn't a regular customer . . . because that means things need repairing, but I'm grateful for their quality work and friendly service.

They 2 man crew arrived early and quickly figured out where the leak was (a very wet and squishy patch of earth close to the pipe from the water meter. They dug the dirt out, cut the leaking pipe and replaced it with pex. We looked at the meter and it was not spinning fast at all. The meter provided the data that indicated that the leak was fixed properly. We are loyal fans of this company and been for over 20 years of home ownership at the home that our 3 children grew up in and prospered. Thanks so much. Spencer Perry

Bee's Plumbing recently worked on my house in Renton. The 2 technicians arrived on schedule, evaluated the drainage issue, provided an estimate, received my approval and started working immediately. They worked continuously for a day and a half to clear (and partially replace) severely impacted 64 year old pipes. I appreciated that they started early, didn't require a separate schedule to actually perform the work and worked without stopping until the job was finished. Like much plumbing work, this job required access through the crawl space and some fairly tight areas in the bathrooms. They never complained. They also were very conscientious about cleaning up when the job was finished. Parker (lead technician) and his partner (can't remember his name) exhibited plumbing knowledge and problem-solving creativity and were a pleasure to work with. I would definitely use Bee's Plumbing again.

Above and beyond service - they came quickly and were very reasonable on price. They identified our issue and walked us through what we needed to do (have a septic company come pump), waited for them to finish and then fixed our pipe. Will use them exclusively going forward!!! Wow! I didn’t expect same day service when I called to setup an appointment, and yet, 2 young men, who were courteous and friendly arrived within 2 hours of my call…. They quoted the work I was interested in (replace all my outdoor water spigots) and completed it in several hours! No fuss no muss… very happy with the quality of service and workmanship! Will use Bee’s again!

In one day, I had a faulty water heater and a troubling water leak outside of my house. I called Bee’s and they had a plumber at my door the next morning. He quickly diagnosed the problem, described my options, provided a quote and was thorough in answering my questions. Overall, the completed work, including a new water heater , is excellent. This was my first experience with Bee’s and they’ve earned any future plumbing business from me. Thanks Bee’s!

A couple of weeks ago I had an emergency with my garbage disposal. I called Bee’s Plumbing and Heating on a Saturday and after a couple of hours, Caleb was here. What a pleasant visit. Caleb was super professional, solved the issue, checked other spots to see if everything was working well, gave me quotes for what else needed to eventually be fixed, and on top of all that, had the patience to discuss a remodel we want to do next year in our bathrooms. Absolutely amazing. When I need plumbing services again, I will call Caleb, for sure.

Bee's got there within 4 hours of the call in, figured out an ecconomical solution, and got the problem solved. All this was done for less than 50% of what I had been quoted from 2 other local plumbing companies.

Would absolutely recommend. Joseph was my technician and he helped replace my garbage disposal and flushed/decalcified my tankless water heater. My previous garbage disposal’s blade broke, so I’m feeling a lot safer with the newer one installed! Joseph was very knowledgeable and informed me of the ins and outs of my water heater as well which is was very appreciated as this is my first experience with this style of heater.
