Joseph was the plumber who came out to help us with an emergency plumbing situation at our house. He quickly figured out the issue, he explained all our options, fixed the problem, (even made sure to double check) and he was so kind and gracious while doing it. Thank you Joseph! And thank you Bees. Out of all the plumbers that I have had the pleasure of hosting in my home, Joseph was the best.

These guys are, hands down, the best. We have a small project that's a bit of a head scratcher on how to get done due to the house construction. I wanted someone smarter than me to assess the situation and explain options. Bee's has a $99 service fee that I viewed as the cost of the education I was needing. Our two techs were Matt and Axel, and they took all the time needed to evaluate and explain rational options to me. I thought, "perfect, I now have a scope and solid idea on budget for the project" and it only cost me $99. At that point Matt asked if there was anything else I wanted checked out. Well, I did have a couple old but beloved (complex) Kohler power flush units and one was acting up...so that got fussed over and sorted. Matt asked "what else?" And then it became clear, the $99 fee can be a whole house plumbing inspection of as many systems as you want. So Matt and Axel spent the next couple hours crawling under the house, poking under sinks, testing house pressure, examining shut off valves, etc. The end result was a series of quotes for various things (thankfully nothing emergency) and the bill was $99. I would advise anyone who owns a home, or lives in a home, or even spends quality time in a home, to have Bee's come out regularly and give your plumbing systems a once over regardless.of whatever is going on. Water and waste removal are really important parts of most human's life. But they can also wreek havoc when they go sideways on you. And that's when we panic and gladly pay for quick, expensive fixes to emergencies and at the mercy of whoever shows up and their solution to your world coming to an end - and that guy may or may not have your best interest at heart. Think of Bee's $99 as like a check up from some honest guys who definitely want to make a buck but are are more concerned about you being educated and comfortable with the situation.

Joseph explained what needed to be done and completed the repair. He replaced a very old outside line to the house which was digging in a trench, drilling to connect from the outside into the basement and then refilling. Kept me informed which helped my stress.

My experience with Bee's Plumbing has been outstanding beginning with my initial panicked call requesting urgent help with my system back-up and their ability to schedule a plumber later that day. My plumber, Caleb, was awesome. He immediately provided options. His knowledge, expertise, and ability to confidently communicate the options led me to decide to have Bee's complete a much needed re-piping upgrade. Within 1.5 days of hard work by Caleb and his team, I now have enough pressure in my kitchen sink to pressure wash my entire house (not that I will but the difference is unbelievable). The amazing work and continuous communication with the front office is some of the best customer service that I have received in years. I highly recommend Bee's Plumbing!

Bee Plumbing and Heating are great people to employ! They are professional, punctual, and polite . “Doc” was easy to talk with, and did everything that was necessary to finish the job. From repairing the broken water supply line at the street box, to replacing a leaking valve at the house entrance, to repairing a leaking toilet— these folks are the best.

I had a plumbing emergency when our sewer line backed up into our laundry room. Matt G. arrived at 7:30 p.m. and worked until after midnight to fix the problem. The whole time he was communicative and pleasant. I also felt the cost was reasonable. Will def call them again for any other plumbing issues.

Travis and Paul were amazing. Hands down a great experience. Made me feel at ease with all the questions I had and didn’t make me feel uneasy. Super knowledgeable and great guys. Overall an amazing experience and will call again if any issues arise.

My wife and I started our Monday in a panic before I had to travel for business when our disposal started humming then leaking under our kitchen sink. One phone call to Bee’s Plumbing and Trent and Bryson were here in an hour. They replaced the disposal, stopping the leak, and also fixed an outside spigot that had been giving us fits for some time. I can’t say enough about how happy I am with my new tub and shower fixtures. I emailed, got a response right away. Got scheduled for an estimate and they were able to do the work the same day they came out for the quote. Fantastic job, very quick. I love that they brought my old dog some treats and a little bee catnip toy for my kitties, they love it!

I’ll start with the staff. They did came to my house right after I call. The tech were nice and very friendly. I can’t complain on how they do there job. They clean the area as well after they were done. I should give them excellent job. Well done.
