I am a repeat customer and am very pleased with the service I receive from Bee's Plumbing. The technician that was sent to my home was putting booties on before I even opened tge front door. Once he determined my problem he was concerned about the cost to me because it was more than what we thought. He did his best to grant me all the discount I deserved. Finished the job quickly and I am very happy.

This company exceeded my expectations starting with the first phone call. I looked for number of years in business and customer rating. I was so pleased to have my new brass frost free outside faucet installed the very next day. I had no idea that this seemingly small project involved so much work. Jordan and Tony were wonderful. After checking underneath my house and quoting me a price they got to work. Not only were they efficient, they were careful to leave my crawl space as they found it, ugly getting in it and out of it. I was so impressed with this company that they are now my company for future plumber needs. They were great!

Happy to have found a reliable neighborhood plumber in Bee’s! Nathan came by within an hour of my call on a Saturday afternoon after my failed DIY plumbing attempt. He was friendly and professional, explained my options thoroughly and then showed me how to do maintenance myself. I also appreciate that Bee’s sends a text message ahead of time with a photo and short bio of the plumber who will be arriving at your home.

Emergency toilet leak from an old toilet guy came out within an hour took the old toilet out fixed the mess that was underneath it and did just a great job can't thank these guys enough this is the second time I've used them and I'm as satisfied now as I was then

I called Bee’s for a non emergency leak and within an hour, I had Preston at my door and an hour later all the pipes were repaired. I was very impressed with Bee’s and will call them for all future plumbing needs.

My experience with Bees was very good. We had a mysterious water leak in our garage - Bees dispatched a plumber to our home within a reasonable amount of time with useful updates on timing and details about the plumber themselves long the way. The plumber was courteous, efficient, and both identified and fixed our issue quickly. I would definitely use them again.

I contacted Bees yesterday. Jordan came out today, went online to find the toilet I wanted, located it at Ferguson’s. He then picked up the toilet and installed it —- the same day!! I’m extremely pleased.

TD went above and beyond coming in on the weekend same day and was able to temporarily fix a leak that was cause for concern while we wait for a permanent solution and doing so without charging an arm and a leg.

Very professional and friendly. We had a sewage backup, and even with the snow they were able to send someone out the same day. Paul and his counterpart were very professional and personable. They determined the problem was not our house, but the cities sewage lines. They contacted the city on our behalf and got everything sorted out.

Josh and Alejandro were amazing! Cleaned my on demand hot water and blender toilet. Very professional, great work and kind people.

Bees Plimbing has been a fantastic company to work with. We've now had them out 3 or 4 different times and worked with Isaac S. for all of them. From scheduling, to the actual work being done, to the following up, has been phenomenal. Isaac has been polite, pleasant, and gone above and beyond every time he is here. Very happy with Bee's service. It was easy to schedule appointments, with little wait time, and the plumber who came out did great work. He also explained what he did clearly, and even helped me get a bit of a discount.

Sean came out to our house within 30 minutes of us calling. He was extremely competent (and honestly the whole company was) and was great to have around. He gave us a bunch of choices moving forward with completing the fix that we needed done. All around I would definitely recommend, and ask for Sean!!

Outstanding service

Jacob helped out with a toilet replacement and shutoff valve replacement, answered all my nosy questions about flanges and wax seals, was patient with my barking dog, and cleaned everything up. Thanks, Jacob!

Josh and his fellow service trainee (Alejandro) were incredibly helpful, efficient, and attentive diagnosising a competing service company defective tankless water heater installation (not to code) and were able to remain on site, replace the tankless water heater, and take the required additional steps to ensure the new unit was installed effectively and to city code all on the same day.
