Fantastic service! Matt and Axle were great! We had several issues to have looked at and worked on, everything was addressed and handled professionally and in a timely manner. They worked around some obsticles that were in their path for one of the repairs we needed and did it without hesitation or frustration. Even after I offered to move it all out of the way to make access easier they still said its ok well work around it no problem! They will be who we call for any future issues!

I recently contacted Bee's for a couple of things - my water heater had begun to leak and I needed an additional gas connection installed. Our technician was Ed (which is a fantastic name, you know). He came out on a Saturday to assess, and back again on Monday to complete both jobs. Our water heater was a challenging job. It had been built around when our basement was finished under prior ownership, and we ended up having to move a cabinet with a sink to get it out. Everything was nonetheless done very well and we're back as though nothing had ever moved. He also went above and beyond to install that gas connection the same day, and also helped us spend some time looking for where our water shutoff valve for the house might be. I also see that he repaired an issue with our sink trap because he just happened to see that it needed to be done. I will definitely call Bee's back in the future, and will be asking for Ed.

Had a small leak in our kitchen drain pipe. Bee’s was able to come out within 2 hours and put a temporary fix on the pipe. Then came back the next day and replace the pipe with less joints. They are great and very reasonable.

Great experience with Bee’s! Prompt, knowledgeable and very kind. Trent and Bryson made a very bad, expensive day a lot less painful.

Parker came by for a prv valve replacement. He and the team at Bee's were professional, prompt, and very thorough- they gave me a clear idea of my entire house's water system health.

I had a boiler issue at my rental house. I googled five or six different companies to inquire about services and repairs. Bees had great reviews and the least expensive diagnostic fees I could find. The dispatch team were great, and they got someone out to my house within a couple hours. The technician was knowledgeable and provided me with three different tier quotes which I really liked. Minimum, good, best. He talked each through with me and after I made my decision he was back out the next morning with parts. The work completed was efficient and professional. Love bees! Highly recommend.

I would llke to give 5 starts to the Bee's plumbing n Heating company for the excellent service that they provided to us. I highly recommend this business (Paul the technician n his co-worker were very Professional, efficient, polite, respectful, n nice. Paul explained everything perfectly to me n provided the options that l had for my hot water heater tankless repair which by the way it was very difficult to find a company to specialize in tankless in the Puyallup area they did an amazing job. The gentleman was really nice, I wasn't able to afford the quote they gave me. I told them what I could afford and they ended up doing the work for a fraction of the original quote. They were in and out within an hour. Very professional.

Bee’s Plumbing was amazing! They came out same day and found our clogged pipes. Not only did they fix it but they cleaned up after themselves, even sterilized the door knobs! great customer service! we've talked to a lot of plumbers today—nobody made things easier (or explained their process more clearly) than linda at bee plumbing. we needed someone out sooner, but i'll definitely give them in a call in the future.

Bee's made choosing them really easy. They followed up within a week of my initial call, sent people over that day to do an estimate. One of the guys who came is a cat person, like me, and he even sent over a bag of really cute Bee cats toys! The fur kids love them! The plumbers put in my sink today and I'm so excited to finally have a working basment kitchen. They did a great job! I couldn't have had a better experience. A household of 6 without hot water is an absolute nightmare. And here in less than 12 hours from an after hours call, the crisis is reversed. Trent and Caleb were exceptional in all ways a homeowner would hope. They were timely, arriving at 7:53 when the quote was 8-9. They were effective, multiple quotes in minutes, project finished on the low end of aa few hours. They were personable, professional, and because of them I will seek out bee's for any and all plumbing needs in the future. Very highly recommend.

Eddie provided 5⭐️ service, along with Nathan and Brenden. Their professionalism and care was excellent. And Eddie went above and beyond by securing our car window with a plastic bag after it had been smashed overnight. Having a really challenging 2 days, I felt cared for. Thank you.

I called Bee’s plumbing to replace a sump pump that was working as it felt like it, not something one really looks for in a sump pump. Setting up the appoint was quick and easy, with follow-up communication via timely emails and texts. The technician arrived, I showed him the sump pump to be replaced, and he promptly informed me he didn’t have a sump pump with him on his truck. I was a bit taken back by this as I had clearly specified when I created the appointment that I need a sump pump replaced. The technician (Diego M) explained that he could go to the warehouse and get a pump and come back or we can do the appointment the next day. We agreed on the next day, but I have to say I was a little bit skeptical at this point. The following day Diego arrives, with a sump pump, and replaced and re-plumbed the existing sump pump (in the crawl space BTW). I have to say after seeing the job done by Diego, my skepticism vanished. The installation was a work of arm, compared to what had been installed before. Very professionally done with him adding a back-flow value to prevent water from every flowing back into the sump via the pump out pipe (I am sure that isn’t the official plumbing name) and isolated the pump from the physical pump out pipe via a small piece of rubber piping, none of which I had asked to be done but he did because that is how he felt the job should be done. I am no longer able to hear the pump when it runs, oh what a difference that little piece of rubber piping made. So, short version is I will be using Bee’s for any future plumbing needs, their work very professional IMHO.

Adam and Andre did a great job on site. Melissa did a wonderful job of customer service in my initial call. All of them showed professionalism and flexibility to aid me in my quest to fix a leaky kitchen faucet. When 3 offered solutions to the problem were all out of my budget, Adam offered a 4th approach which saved hundreds of dollars and avoided having to scrap all my fau et hardware. Hooray for Bee's@

Bee Plumbing and our technician, Luke, were incredibly professional and provided excellent service. Luke was patient and thorough, happy to explain what caused our issue. I was very impressed with his understanding and how he offered thoughtful solutions, he really knows his trade. My problems were fixed with efficiency, I’m very happy with Bee Plumbing!
