Wanted to recognize plumber Doc D for his hard work, dedication to problem solve & willingness to fix our very involved blockage issue that other plumbers from Bee's were not able to resolve definitively. He had to bring in extra equipment to clear the clog in our very old building. So appreciate his years of knowledge & experience. They put in great effort & time to ensure our problem was fixed & got things solved that day. We are truly grateful as the extended problem affected residential & commercial businesses with significant financial repercussions if not quickly resolved. Bee’s Plumbing did a great job addressing an unusual plumbing challenge we had in our home.

We had a pipe burst in our garage and water was everywhere, but Trent & Caleb were kind enough to come out after hours to help. They not only replaced and fixed the leaky pipe, but they also fixed the ”repairs” from the previous year and another company. Finally, they were professional, courteous and even wore booties to keep our house clean. Thanks again, appreciate both of you and all of your help!

Jose and his partner were great! Prior to entering our home, they put on booties which was nice as not all do this. They did a full walk through of the crawl space, the water heater, and our shower where the issue was. They provided a detailed explanation of everything they found, gave us pricing options, and answered all of our questions. The service to repair our shower valve took about 45 minutes which was great. Jose ended by giving our 2 dogs some treats! Overall 5/5 quality service.

My 8-year-old Bosch tankless water heater sprung a leak, and we chose Bee's Plumbing based on the reviews here. They were very responsive, sending Blake and Callista out the very next day. I really appreciated the courtesy call 30 minutes prior, giving me a heads-up on their arrival window and a description of who to expect. Blake and Callista quickly and thoroughly diagnosed the problem, clearly explaining all my options and the pros and cons of each. They weren't pushy at all, which I appreciated. We opted for a replacement given some red flags of the current unit, low parts availability, and the discontinuation of the model. We ended up choosing their top recommendation (Navien NPE-240A2) which gave us a recirculation upgrade to our existing system. The installation was meticulous and clean, with minimal drywall cutting and a thorough cleanup afterward. After the install, Blake patiently answered all my questions, explaining how the system works and encouraging us to test the hot water speed at our furthest faucets. Overall, a great experience! We'll definitely be using Bee's for all our future plumbing needs.

I needed a quick weekend repair (new hot & cold water valves) before a new washer install. Process with Bee was very easy. Staff was communicative with arrival time for the technician. Paul was great! Explained my options, provided the quote and completed the job quickly.

Helped fix my main sewer pipe another plumber had installed that had failed. Installed a dishwasher and found it was improperly plumbed. They fixed both. Were knowledgeable, explained things and showed me the problems before they did any work. Very easy to work with. Left everything very clean. Would work with them again. Josh was very easygoing and accommodating.

We had great, immediate and very hard working service by Tyler Tibbitts and the apprentices working beside him to repair a valve failure that caused extensive water damage. He then re-piped our entire house. Tyler and the crew were careful and courteous, even showing up to help us explain the situation to an insurance field engineer after an initial claim denial. We highly recommend him!

Two guys came to work on my shower. They replaced the hot & cold knobs and the shower head but had to cut into the wall. They had to do pipe work also. They did a fantastic job. Bee's Plumbing has done work for me before. Very professional and kept me informed on everything as they worked. I will highly recommend them to anyone needing good service.
