When my old water heater developed a leak, I called Bee’s Plumbing and Heating to replace the unit. The next morning, the technicians arrived at 10 a.m., the scheduled time. They were polite and professional and went right to work. By 1:45 p.m., I had a new water heater up and running. Paul was awesome. He has the skills and experience to do an excellent job quickly. He communicated clearly and respectfully; and he left the utility area and bathroom cleaner than they were before the leak. He also pushed the washing machine back in place—it had danced away from the wall. That was a nice surprise which I very much appreciated. My experience with this company was superb and their service top-notch.

Dillon Riley was a solid guy. Knowledgeable, went over the mistakes that I made while trying to fix the leak myself, prior to having Bees plumbing come out. Went above and beyond to get all the parts, and showed me how to fix the problem. I could have done it myself after him explaining how to fix it, but I had him already there, and opted to have him, the professional, do it so I can see & learn in case I have the similar or the same issue. Again, solid guy. Knows his stuff and was on it!

I recently purchased a 70 year old home. Front loading washer and dryer in the basement but the setup was with the W&D doors touching each other when open instead of opening to each side with the open area in the middle. (I know you can switch the dryer door but the washer door can't be switched.) Not the end of the world but annoying when moving clothes from the washer to the dryer. Plus the washer emptied directly other the edge of the laundry sink into the sink drain which was apparently common for houses of this age. I had Trent and Caleb come and switch the W&D locations, plumb the washer directly into the house plumbing and replace the laundry sink with a smaller model. They did a fantastic job. W&D are much easier to use now. New sink looks so much better plus I feel much better having the water discharge directly into the plumbing instead of via a rickety hose hanging over the edge of the sink. They took away the old sink and new sink packaging plus did a very good job cleaning up the area. It makes me happy every time I do laundry now, sometimes it's the small things in life that spark joy!

Fast emergency service on a Sunday after 6pm to replace a leaking facet. Rates were a little higher than expected but haven't paid for this service before (replace a leaking facet shutoff value under bathroom sink was $643 after tax all said and done for parts and labor flat rate). I'd recommend them. They followed up quickly within 30 minutes and had a tech out within 40 minutes.

As a first time customer, Bees Plumbing and Parker was outstanding in identifying the issue with my water heater and fixing it. I will use them again.
