Trent and Caleb came out to help with a few loose ends after our remodel. We needed work both with water and with gas. They were so kind and provided some really valuable advice that ended up saving us a lot of money. It was clear that they knew what they were doing. Their kindness and courtesy was greatly appreciated. It can be hard to find a good plumber. I would definitely call them up again in a pinch.

My washing machine drain was backing up. After receiving a $7,000+ quote from another company to rip up concrete to install a clean out for my old side sewer, etc. (because snaking the sewer was “not possible”) I called Bee’s for a second opinion. Trent and Caleb came out and was able to camera and snake our side sewer to remove tree roots and also explain in detail what was going on with that particular sewer line so we understood. Trent also provided us with several future options for rerouting the plumbing in the crawl space if/when the roots become an issue again and we want to bypass the problem for good. Hint: the estimate for this is a lot cheaper than $7k+ and ripping up a bunch of concrete! We will call Bee’s plumbing first the next time we have plumbing issues! We appreciate that they actually fixed our problem and provided several options throughout our experience.

Expensive work, but great quality service. My only complaint was that they left some cut piping odds and ends in our yard and didn't replace the crawl space cover. But they persisted in contacting me and offered me a partial refund for the minor clean up I had to do.

Luke (my plumber) was fantastic, thorough, and the whole process was smooth and quick from start to finish. I’d definitely work with him again for plumbing projects.

Called at 8am here at 9:30 done at 2:30pm hot water again at 3:30. New Bradford White 50gallon hot water heater installed. Quick and courteous.

I have had excellent service here. I called friday before leaving for vacation with a water heater that was leaking, they showed up that evening and checked it out. They then showed up the evening of New Year’s Eve for a follow-up!

Trent and Caleb came out on New Year’s Day to assess my leaking toilet. They ran through different repair and replacement options with me and helped me choose the right option for me, without any pressure, and even added on a couple small plumbing jobs around the home for free. The quality of work was exceptional, they were very friendly and professional, and I felt at ease with them working in my home. They were good with my dogs and very considerate of noise around my 10-week old baby too. I would welcome them back any time!

Called Bee's to inspect a sewage ejection pump and tank and a toilet. They were able to come and resolve my issues on the same day. Trent and Caleb were great, very friendly, and explained everything. I felt like they were actually looking out for my interests, not trying to increase their sales.

Our 5 year old garbage disposal was jammed and smoking while hosting a full house of out of town family for a week at Christmas. Making it hard to cook and do dishes! After *attempting* to clear it on our own, I called Bee’s on a Friday at 3pm and they sent someone out by 8am next day. Paul and his assistant did an excellent job at getting us an estimate, completing the work quickly, and explaining the process and warranty information. They were professional and treated us and our home respectfully. We will call again when we need a plumber!

It’s a pleasure to leave a review for Tate, a plumber who works for Bee’s Plumbing. He left about an hour ago, having replaced a leaky section of kitchen sink drain that the last repairer (before we bought our old house) had neglected - because it was in a difficult place to reach. I’d spent about 2 hrs trying to do it myself and failing. Bee’s had already been called; I was just giving it a try. Couldn’t do it myself, but Tate didn’t blink and had the old steel pipe out in about ten minutes. He went on to efficiently replace the line. He was on-time, neat, skillful, pleasant, and answered all my picky questions. If we need a plumber again, I’m calling Bee’s. Thanks Tate!

Sharing my experience with Bee's Plumbing and Heating. I recently purchased a property in Renton, Washington, and discovered a gas leak under the range. PSE came out, identified the leak, and tagged the property with an orange notice, indicating the need for immediate repair to avoid gas shut-off. Frustrated, I searched online and found Bee's Plumbing due to their high Google ratings. They promptly scheduled an appointment and sent technicians Jeff and Anthony. Given that PSE had already identified the problem as being within the walls and not on any exposed pipes, I relayed this information to the technicians. Jeff suggested disconnecting and reconnecting all exposed pipes, though the cost was steep at $700 with no guarantee of resolving the issue. Despite knowing it might not fix the problem, we reluctantly agreed because it needed to be addressed. After approximately 30 minutes of work, the gas smell persisted, indicating the leak was still present. It was running late in the day and they needed to continue the next day, proposing to take down walls, which would incur additional costs. We decided not to proceed and had PSE come out again, who confirmed the leak still existed. At this point, my experience was less than ideal. However, Bee's Plumbing's management saw my initial 2-star review and reached out. Pierre stepped in, understood the situation, and issued a refund for the work performed. This gesture significantly improved the overall experience, highlighting Bee's commitment to customer satisfaction. Despite the problem ultimately being resolved by another company, I would consider using Bee's Plumbing again in the future, knowing that they genuinely care about their customers. It was a unique experience with some ups and downs, but their dedication to customer service stands out. I recommend giving Bee's Pluming and Heating a chance if you have something going on at the house. They will take care of you one way or another!
