This was the best experience ever! First off they gave me a discount because they couldn't meet my time crunch yesterday, Saturday. Not their issue, it was totally mine as I called at the last minute. Second, they communicate on everything and everyone was so pleasant. Third, JOSHUA! I called him a diagnostician. He was fabulous. He told me what he diagnosed the problem to be, it was exactly that, he fixed it and cleaned everything up afterwards. When he was in the bathroom flushing and running water, he noticed my toilet seat was loose... AND HE FIXED IT!!! I can't recommend Bee's Plumbing and Joshua enough. Best plumber ever and on a Sunday!!! Rates were great too. Thank you! Karen

Joshua is the best, most helpful person that could have graced our house. He figured out was wrong, dealt with it and left us knowing that we have a person we can trust and rely on. I will literally send everyone his way for the rest of my life. Give him a raise, give him anything he wants. I’m impressed and also so very thankful!!!

While a bit pricey, same-day service was prompt, excellent communications all the way from call intake with Lisa, notifications that included a bio/photo (nice security touch) of the technician and his background who was coming via text/phone, and an estimate was provided when the service person was onsite. Luke was the technician who explained the procedures, diagrammed the parts and what processes needed to occur. Luke was very courteous, knowledgeable, had a passion for his work and more importantly, very respectful. Luke was a professional, friendly, and encouraged questions and provided options according to budget. There wasn't any pressure for one course or the other, rather here's what to be aware of as another item needed repair but was currently on hold due to budget. Do expect a LARGE, tall Bee's Plumbing van to pull up equipped with the parts in stock, tools, and support equipment to get the job done quickly without having to run to the local big box hardware or give you the run around wasting your time. I peeked inside the van and saw it was very well organized and clean. Luke needed a specialized tool - a battery-powered hydraulic press tool (which is why this is not a DYI job without the tool and know-how) and was able to quickly access the item. My repairs were done quickly, the plumbing repair site itself was thoroughly cleaned up and insulation replaced over the new pipes. Very professionally done. Again, a bit of sticker shock but that's today's price for quality and the assurance of a service performed well and the peace of mind that ensues. Bee responded so quickly and was able to dispatch plumbers to us and resolve our problem within just hours. They were very clear about the problem, options and costs, and were friendly and professional. Much better than other companies we have called before!

We had Cristian Brad come out and did a wonderful service they just finished our band new water heater they were kind and respectful they were mindful of keeping the carpet clean would recommend and have again

The support team did a great job of answering the phone and getting things scheduled quickly and efficiently even though my issue wasn't urgent. The technician Blake was thorough and explained the costs up front before starting the repair. I was somewhat surprised that the cost was almost $600 and it required only 20 minutes from start to finish to repair the issue with the faucet but I knew the cost before he started and that it was possible that it would be much more involved to repair it than it turned out to be. I guess when it was just a simple fix I thought the cost would have been reduced but I did agree to it ahead of time so that is on me. Overall, I would use this company again. Professional, courteous and prompt.

Christian and Brad came out super quickly and were so incredibly helpful with my kitchen faucet leak. They walked me through all the steps of how to understand what to look for and how to fix it myself. They also walked me through the rest of my plumbing in my house and showed me different things to look out for and how to fix them. As a newer homeowner, I have never had the need for a plumber before. I happened to see their truck in my neighborhood and called them after a DIY project went wrong. I called and they were able to get someone dispatched quickly which was a pleasant surprise considering it is a Sunday! They sent me a text with info on what to expect as well as a photo of the plumber who would be coming out. Parker and his counterpart did an assessment of my home and offered multiple options. They were an absolute pleasure to work with and I would 1000% call Bee’s Plumbing again. Thank you!!

We went through much frustration trying to find the source of what we thought - and were later told by various professionals - was a slow leak. Prior to finding Bee’s, we had another plumbing company, and a leak detection specialist at our home that could not pinpoint the problem. Our experience with Bee’s was absolutely great. From the first phone call to the final handshakes with the techs, Trent Hafen and Caleb W. after they finished repairs. They got to work quickly and efficiently. They found the problem in short order and the next day returned and fixed it. They were very upfront about the costs which were quite reasonable. They offered a solid contact for me in regards to the likelihood of insurance coverage for the damage the water did cause. I would highly recommend Bee’s Plumbing and Heating and will certainly call them again for future plumbing needs.

EDITED TO ADD: Once again, another fantastic experience! Blake and Jacob were great. On time, reasonable prices, high quality of work and plenty of options to solve the problem. Thank you again! UPDATE: Had Blake out again for a separate kitchen leak issue. He and Malakai were terrific--diagnosed the issue, offered a few different solutions, and took care of it right then and there. Really appreciate their professionalism and flexibility. Thank you to an outstanding team! Blake and Kallista were fantastic. They arrived on schedule, assessed the situation, and provided a competitive quote on the spot. They diagnosed a problem missed by the previous plumbers. Then they were actually able to complete the repair on the same day! Excellent service, very knowledgeable and helpfully explained the whole process. Highly recommend.

Were able to schedule leak detection and repair on the same day I called them. Technicians arrived right on time (and also called beforehand to give their ETA), were super polite and professional. Most importantly they found and fixed a leak fast and with reasonable pricing. Very happy with whole experience and highly recommend!

Booked a serice with Bee's for a water leak, was told they will arrive at 2-2:30. Got a call back from dispatch that the assigned plumber will not be avail till later. I waited 2 more hrs before they assign a different plumber. Christian G and Brad arrived at estimated ETA. Glad I ended with Christian and Brad, they were awesome. Very professional and nice to talk to. The job was done quickly, I am very happy with the work. Both deserve a raise. :)
