I called Bees Plumbing for an outdoor faucet job on my house. I understood plumbing can be tricky sometime especially on my house built in 1978. It can be a shock these days, however Together we figured out the best solution. Being a senior, I found their team willing to provide options to me that fit my budget. They were kind and considerate, and treated me fairly. Sherry in customer service, the receptionist, and Ernesto my plumber , were very helpful, in completing the job quickly and correctly. It was refreshing to find that their business truly Cares about the people they serve. They have gained my trust and I will enlist their help in the future. Well Done!

Bee's technician, Adam, arrived on schedule and was able to identify a problem that had been "bugging" us for several months. We had an invasioin of small flying insects that swarmed throughout our house. We tried changing the soil in all the indoor plants, insect traps and two pest companies. Adam discovered the infestation was coming from under the colar of our kitchen sink food disposal system. He replaced the food disposal, installed new pipes. We are bug free. His worked very methodically and professionally. He has a very friendly personality

The 1in main line was leaking and Bee’s was super responsive to our urgent need when we called early in the morning. They committed to send a team the same day and kept us up to date. The team clearly explained the options and the scope. Everything was transparent. They dug the ground, repaired and tested the leaky section and filled the ground in half a day.

Bogie replaced my garbage disposal and did a great job! left it cleaner under my sink than it was before he showed up too lol. highly recommend!

I had a pin hole leak in the copper pipe underneath my kitchen sink, in a really tight area, also I had both hose bib in my front yard and backyard leaking. I called Bee’s plumbing and they sent Christian and Ivan out to my house, they both showed up on time within the frame. Christian and Ivan were super nice, very knowledgeable and truly a professional at what they do. They replaced both my hose bibs and fixed my leak underneath my kitchen sink. They were both very efficient, and they both worked well together and communicated with each other very well. After the job was done they cleaned up, and Christian inspected the plumbing in both my bathrooms and checked for leaks in the crawlspace as a courtesy. I highly recommend Bee’s Plumbing and Electrical to anyone That has a plumbing issue. They won’t rip you off, their pricing is better than any plumbing company out there. I want to thank Christian and Ivan for an amazing job! I really appreciate you guys.

Luke was absolutely incredible. He was kind, very patient, and took the time to explain every question and reason for charges. He went over alternative options and the pros and cons for each. He was extremely knowledgeable and would be thrilled to work with him again!

I’ve had Bees Plumbing and Heating out twice (once on a Saturday and once on a Sunday) to perform some work on a new shower install. They have been competitively priced, very transparent about the work that will be done, and very communicative when it comes to scheduling, arrival times, and ensuring that I was satisfied with the work that was completed. I was hesitant with the non-refundable $99 dispatch fee, but after their visit I was sold. Best of all, there is no additional weekend charges/fees which was a huge selling point for me. 11/10 would recommend.

Had a great experience with Bee's. Dillon the Tech, explained in detail what the options were on my project. He worked quickly, and trained me on how to operate the water heater before leaving. Ad a severely clogged kitchen sink. Each step explained and Marcos shared some preventative tips. He and the Apprenticed (did not catch his name) kept everything clean and organized. I hope to not have plumbing problems in future bit if I do I will call Bee's.

We called on a Sunday evening and Bee’s made an appointment for us the next day. Our plumber Paul arrived on time in his scheduled time frame and took a careful look at our dilemma, giving us a run down of everything that would need to be done to correct the situation. We had a washing machine that wouldn’t drain, and after giving us a quote he went to work. Paul got us back up and running on the same day, bringing our pipes up to code and making sure everything was cleared out and able to function properly. Paul was very professional, communicative, and efficient. We found Bee’s through King County’s listing report of best skilled trade business’ with highest reviews, and now we see why! Doc and Brayden were a great team. Doc has a wealth of experience and Brayden as an apprentice has the calm thoroughness and willingness to get whatever items are needed as well as check for leaks. The company is thorough and responsible with updates and timely communications. I would hire them again!
