Recently I had a run in with some bad luck. I’d like to say that I was able to overcome this bad luck with my skills and knowledge of life…. But my do it yourself attitude all changed when it came to no hot water coming from my tankless, and bees were able to get a service tech out a few hours later even though it was a Sunday, and when the tech showed up inimmediately befriended him as made me feel at ease with fixing the issue at hand. He let me know that he had the same issue himself recently so he was confident in what to do. He explained it to me detailed, but I don’t recall what he said as it was all too much information, but I liked that he explained what he was going to do before he did it. He also found a leak under my sink and fixed that quickly as well. Whatever he does, works, after he packed up his tools he made a point and acknowledged my dogs with some treats and kids with some color books to teach them about plumbing. We’ve used Bee’s Plumbing several times. Each time the service as been great. Today Hayden and Rob helped solve the mystery of the water leak. I really appreciate the time and effort helping us figure things out. Both were very courteous and informative. I highly recommend Bee’s and hopefully you’re lucky enough to get Hayden or Rob.

Another amazing experience with Bee’s Plumbing. The short story - Radiant floors not heating. Got a couple of bids - including Bee’s - and of course theirs is the best. Not just price, but approach, and patience when explaining my options. They showed up when they said they would, fixed the problem, gave us honest, best practice recommendations for future maintenance, and the person who did the work/quite, Marcus, was a genuine good human being….he even charmed my dogs into liking him which isn’t always easy to do. As I opened with, this isn’t the first time we’ve used them, but the results were the same: great service, reasonable price, good people.

Bee's provided excellent service to repair a water leak between the utility box and my house. Communication with the front office was thorough and timely. The craftsperson who did the work was polite, knowledgeable and a fast worker. My leak was repaired within 24 hours of my initial call to Bee's Plumbing and Heating.

Amazing experience with Bee’s plumbing starting with the initial conversation with Medina, followed by Kevin and Nicole who helped all the way through scheduling and follow ups. Diego, the licensed technician, who arrived home to diagnose and help with kitchen faucet replacement was very professional and his workmanship was excellent. He also helped us out with identifying some of the other plumbing problems that could prop up in the future. He was not there to sell any services rather provide trusted advice. Highly recommend Diego for his sincere workmanship! Cody, who accompanied Diego, also helped with going into the crawl space and taking pictures of a problem which gave additional clarity. Overall, great experience with Bee’s! They have an amazing customer service team and technicians like Diego who is top notch!

I CERTAINLY DIDN'T EXPECT TO HEAR FROM BEE'S AGAIN AFTER GIVING THEM A ONE STAR RATING, BUT A FEW DAYS LATER I HAD A FOLLOW-UP PHONE CALL OFFERING TO COME BACK OUT AT NO CHARGE TO SEE IF THEY COULD HELP FURTHER. AT FIRST I DECLINED NOT WANTING MORE OF THE SAME. SINCE THEY WERE TO SEND SOMEONE DIFFERENT, I AGREED. PJ CAME OUT AND WENT THE EXTRA MILE. HE WAS VERY HELPFUL, TOOK TIME TO REALLY HEAR WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS. HELPED US ORDER A PART, THEN RETURNED TO INSTALL THE PART THE NEXT WORKING DAY. WE WERE HAPPY WITH HIS EFFICIENT WORK, AND IT FELT AS IF WE HAD MADE A FRIEND. WE WILL DEFINITATLY CALL ON THEM IN THE FUTURE. NICE TO KNOW BEE'S TAKES THEIR JOB SERIOUSLY, AND STRIVE TO BE A 5 STAR COMPANY. My former complaint: The technician was polite but seemed very young and inexperienced. He didn't diagnose the problem. He wanted to confirm the information I had already described by going to the shower upstairs. He looked at the hot water heater heater but had no ideas about it's performance. We needed to know what would make the water get hot, then cold, then finally hot to stay hot. We noticed it in the shower and we suspect it may be causing our dishwasher to leave soap residue. We suspect the water is also getting hot, then cold again during the wash/rinse/cycles. We need to know if the heater is malfunctioning or the dishwasher. We have no further clues, just a bill. Very disappointing.
