I had water heater leak last night and couldn’t access the shut off valve. After calling multiple “emergency” plumbers who offered to come out the next day, like that would help my garage flooding, they were the only ones who were able to come out. It was even nice that the dispatcher told me to keep trying places while she confirmed a technician for me just in case. Tyler responded really quickly, was very patient despite my frazzled nerves because of course it was a day. He wore booties when he came in the house, asked to give my dogs treats, and worked through everything so that we could get finally get some rest. He showed back up today to finish off the work of replacing my water heater. I’ll def be reaching out for future plumbing concerns.

Woke up to a leaking water heater (rusted at the bottom and cracked), called Bee’s first thing in the morning and I had a new tankless installed that day. Christian and Josh were professional and accommodating. They worked around kids needing access to their rooms and water mitigation service preparing for clean up. As horrible as it is having to wake up to something like this, it’s great when someone reassures you that they’re going to take care of you. Christian did just that. Highly recommended.
