I used Bee's plumbing for a pipe burst at my home. I was initially dissatisfied with the assessment and subsequent service. Alisse from Bee's plumbing reached out to me to understand the issue. She worked with me to resolve the service issue. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of commitment to customer satisfaction and Bees will definitely be my go to plumbing solution in the future.

We had a clogged bathroom sink and tried to unscrew the pipes underneath ourselves after unsuccessfully cleaning the drain to make the water drain faster. That resulted in a clogged drain AND a leaky sink. We called Bee’s plumbing and they were able to send someone the very next morning which is super helpful. Tyler was our plumber and he was very clean, kind, and efficient. He quoted us a price before beginning work and replaced part of our pipe with one that was up to code. Apparently the newer sink we had installed by a handyman a year ago had piping that was cheap and not up to code and causes a lot of issues. Tyler said that our piping in general is very old and needs to be replaced (which we knew) and that could be the issue but that he would first try to snake the clog out and replace the pipe under the sink to see if the issue resolved which it did. I appreciate that he was honest and didn’t say we had to immediately replace all the pipes at a major cost which we aren’t ready for at the moment. He was also patient explaining everything to us and let us know that when we are ready for the bigger plumbing job he is willing and available to help and answer any questions we have.

Jake S and the team over at Bee’s helped me out during the freeze be helping get our water turned back on! We had a pipe burst in the garage and they were able to fix it ASAP and at a fair price considering the circumstances. I will happily use Bee’s again in the future!
