I had an issue with my renters' garbage disposal and called Bee's to ask for help. They explained the process and the fees for the initial visit on the phone and were able to show up the very next day. Mike was our plumber and he performed the inspection informing us that there was in fact nothing wrong with the dishwasher but was just starting to show some age. He explained to me that the disposal was going to work fine for years and didn't warrant replacement. Mike also used his discretion to waive the fee. I've had Bee's work on my plumbing issues more than once and every time I get an honest opinion and have a good experience. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Reid did a great job of identifying what needed to be done to fix my leak. He also took the time to inspect the plumbing in other parts of the house to make sure everything was up to code and leak free. He communicated well throughout the entire process and did a good job of educating me on the plumbing in the house. Had a great experience and will defiantly be calling back in the future!

The service was completely comprehensive— Paul and TD even included a complimentary analysis of all our plumbing systems in their visit, so we are much more familiar with all areas of our home. The people at Bee's Plumbing are the best. In a freak accident Friday night, my cat got stuck in a tiny corner behind my water heater in my closet (we believe she jumped up to explore and slipped down). She ended up being stuck there for nearly 17 hours since my new property management's emergency maintenance never showed up, despite repeated calling. Also, nearly every "emergency service" plumber in the Puget Sound area didn’t consider a live animal at risk of dying from lack of water and food isn't a true "emergency". It’s clear that flushing a water heater didn’t bring in the big bucks for most plumbing businesses, so most didn’t bother to prioritize my case. I didn’t sleep at all that night, and my cat cried for hours. I called Bee’s Plumbing at 7:20AM. Lisa, the service coordinator, understood the urgency of the situation and immediately moved me to the top of the list for Saturday’s service appointments. Thanks to her empathy, a technician promptly arrived to my place around 8:30AM. Lisa also kindly waived the $100 dispatch fee due to how bizarre and stressful the situation was. My technician, Marcos, and his apprentice were so professional, kind, and knowledgeable. They quickly drained the water heater so they could move it to free my kitty, before filling it back up. Marcos noted that there should have been ply wood between the water heater and walls to create space. He also asked about how my cat was doing and genuinely cared about the situation. Thanks to Bee’s Plumbing, my kitty only needed an IV for dehydration and some preventative medications — it would have been much worst without their prompt work. I can't say more wonderful things about this business.

I’ve used Bee’s plumbing in the past, and I called them again for a plumbing issue this week. Christian and Salh came out the same day and worked diligently until the job was finished at 8pm. One issue remained and they came back first thing the next day to finish up. They were very professional and they did a great job. I can’t recommend them highly enough! Ask for them specifically!

Marcos and Eden came for my dead clogged drain and was productive and precise diagnose the issue and transparent about the price of the work. They were professional and communicative and unclogged my drain quickly on a Sunday. Love Bees Plumbing , I have been use them, reliable local plumber team!

The expansion tank exploded on my water heater and what was taking BestPlumbing, and Gene Johnson over 4 days to address, Bee’s Plumbing solved in less than 5 hrs. Demitri and Bogey arrived and had a new heater and expansion tank ready to install within an hour. They were professional, pleasant, great communicators, super tidy, and did absolutely fantastic work. Five+ excellent stars for Bee’s Plumbing. Would hire them again in a second. The other companies I tried dealing with have been bought out by large companies who just don’t get the customer experience or their employees. Save yourself the heartache and frustration that I went through, and just call Bee’s first.

I bought my older West Seattle home about 10 years ago, and it being an older house, in that time, I have had a few different plumbers out to do work. And I have had... pretty mixed experiences overall. So when I made the decision to replumb the entire house, I wanted to take the time to find the right plumber, and company, to do the job. After getting about 5 estimates, I chose Marcus at Bee’s plumbing. Marcus and his team were wonderful. They were responsive, professional, friendly…. They were on time, communicative and took really good care of my home. And the price was very reasonable by comparison. I cannot stress enough how unnerving it can be to trust someone with your home. Your future… Marcus went out of his way to make sure that I was satisfied with the job and comfortable with the process. I would, and will, 100% call Marcus and Bee’s Plumbing again. As far as I am concerned, they are my plumbers for life now. Two thumbs up! Highly recommend!

Had a toilet that was completly loose and installed incorrectly. Paul took a look and figured out he was able to just redo a couple things on it instead of having to replace everything. Definitely will be using them again if we have any other plumbing issues. A+

I have now worked with Bee's Plumbing and Heating and their technician, Mike, twice. Mike is prompt, friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Each appointment began with an assessment of the plumbing-related issue and Mike would give 3 or 4 recommendations on how to handle the situation with a price quote for each option. I never felt pressured or upsold on anything I didn't need or want. The quality of Mike's work is top-notch! I highly recommend Bee's and Mike!

Perhaps over priced. I didn’t have a chance to shop around. Without a doubt, quick to respond, very professional, considerate, and they do quality work. If you aren’t concerned about cost, then yes! If you are concerned about cost, you might want to shop around.
