The dispatcher was very communicative on when I could expect my service provider to come out well in advance and followed up a second time. The plumber, Marcus, was extremely friendly, professional, and kept the area clean. He was very upfront of what could be expected in the timeline and cost of the project and kept to it. We hit a couple snags in the project, a shower faucet repair, and he worked with me to get to a resolution. I would be happy to do business with him and bee in the future

Loved the service I got from Bees. PJ did an amazing job of explaining the problem to us, listing our choices and fixing the problem ASAP. He was well informed, had all the tools and stuff he needed ion his truck and my problem was resolved within hours.

Bee's Plumbing and Heating proved to be a reliable company. They explained the work and took care to complete the tasks very well. Everything was left clean and orderly. My water systems were left in better condition as small but important changes were added. In particular, shut off valves were put on. I had not noticed they were lacking. I recommend this company in all aspects.

Marcus did a big job at my house replacing entire plumbing in basement. He was quick to respond to any question I had, worked with me on ideas of how to improve and overall was just great to work with. The team did an excellent job! Will use them again for any future plumbing needs.

As a Seattle area Realtor, I am asked for contractors and vendors daily. If anyone asks for a plumber, I recommend Bee's without hesitation. last year, in the middle of the Pandemic, our hot water heater in a rental sprung a leak.  I called several places and was told 2 weeks at best. An old timer, mentioned Bee's & I gave them a call. When I explained my situation, they had someone out within the hour. Today I was getting another rental ready for market & my handyman said he could not find the proper pipe to reconnect the gas stove. I called Bee's. They answered right away. I asked if it would be cheaper to wait till Monday. They said they do not differentiate weekend/weekdays. PJ  was out there bright and early. he communicated clearly, proactively and sent photos so I did not have to go out there. He cleaned up & locked up like I asked. He could not have been more professional or proactive.

They were able to send someone out the next day. Tate was professional and thorough. He talked us through what the problem might be and was able to fix it right away. We also discussed a sump pump installation based on some pictures our home inspector took. He was able to give us a price estimate right away. Would definitely recommend Bee’s and Tate.

From the start, Bee's Plumbing was a pleasure to work with. I came across them on Yelp while looking for emergency plumbing repair on a Friday. Paulette was quick to reply with the needed information and we set an appointment for Sunday; unfortunately the originally assigned tech had an emergency so they had to reschedule. I received a call Saturday evening profusely apologizing for the "last minute change", and was guaranteed to have the first appointment Monday. Ben was an absolute pleasure to work with! He showed up on-time, was courteous, and more than efficient. He and his apprentice quickly got to work to evaluate the issue, after a couple different troubleshooting techniques, he found an illegal fitting in the crawlspace. Ben was quick to provide the requested quote, and was beyond patient while waiting for my home warranty to approve. Ben was knowledgeable and provided great recommendations on how we could avoid/prevent future issues. HIGHLY Recommend

Our toilet didn’t work. Now it does. I love Bee’s plumbing. Cameron is an absolute plumbing master. His helper Adam was great too. My cat likes Adam. My cat doesn’t like anybody. Thanks guys! I’m calling them every time my toilet craps out.

I called Bees on a Sunday and had two excellent plumbers (Marcus and Michael) at my house the next morning. They were effective, communicative, kind, and easy to interact with. They fixed all of my issues and gave great advice for follow-up. I will definitely use Bees in the future, and will hope to get Marcus in particular!
