Marcus was super helpful and quick!

PJ and Bryan were timely, efficient and professional. I had been without water for a few days. Staffing shortages meant this was the earliest Bee's could get me in but these two had my issue handled right away. They were also very patient with a paternal neighbor who wanted to assist, which I appreciated. Two thumbs up!

I had a great experience with Sam Jr and Matt who came out to replace three toilets of mine. I already had the toilets, so they just needed to remove the existing and install the new ones. They also replaced the water valves for each toilet to keep them in good working order. While they were there, they also fixed a minor issue with my kitchen sink. The price was comparable to other quotes I received and they were very courteous and answered my questions until I fully understood what they were doing and why. It has been a couple of weeks since the install and everything is working really well. I would contact Bee's again for my future plumbing needs.

We have used Bee's for multiple services and keep coming back. Our most recent service was from Marcus in September 2022. We called Bee's when we discovered that our toilet drain was leaking into our crawl space. They were able to send someone (Marcus) out the next day. Marcus was communicative and arrived within the arrival window quoted. He was able to promptly diagnose the issue and explain to us everything that needed to happen. While this would generally be a relatively straightforward repair, nothing is ever straightforward in our 100+ year old house; however, Marcus was able to clearly describe the potential complicating factors, provide us with multiple options and explain to us the pros and cons of each option. Once we selected which repair we wanted, he was able to schedule to return in two days to perform the repairs. He again showed up on time and fixed the repair efficiently, all while keeping us in the loop. As an added bonus, Marcus was friendly with our dog so we did not have to lock her in a room while he was here, which made life easier and less stressful for all of. Overall, I would highly recommend Marcus and Bee's.

We had a water heater in a very difficult to location to access. We had 3 plumbers look at the job and gave us very high estimates of what would be required. Our plumber Jacob worked with the other contractors to get the old unit out and to install a new one that was more suited to our needs. He put in extra time to make sure the job was done right. He also put us in touch with someone to help with the clean up from the water damage. We would definitely use them again.

I'll repair a sink faucet, but I won't take on bath faucet plumbing -- and Bee's got the job done. Marcus and his apprentice Wes were great, diagnosed a second issue I had, and repaired that as well. No plumbing job is inexpensive these days, so whatever you need done, it will cost good money. But Bee's was quick to dispatch a plumber, Marcus and Wes were on time, they had the repair fixtures they needed on the truck, and were very honest and upfront about fees. BONUS TIP -- Bee's only hires licensed plumbers, so next time you hire someone from another shop, ask to see their license. It matters when it comes to the quality of the work.

I've been dealing with a leak from my upstairs bathroom to the ceiling above my kitchen for 2 weeks, making my tub/shower unusable during that time. After having a plumber come out to address the issue on three unsuccessful occasions, I finally called Bee's Plumbing. They came out the next day after taking my call in the evening and found and fixed the issue. They were very nice, professional, and explained the entire process to me while they were completing the job. I would recommend Bee's Plumbing to any friends or family.

John did an excellent job in finding the root cause of my washer issue. He found the clog and cleared it. He was tenacious in his pursuit of solving my backup and he was kind and courteous the entire time. Excellent service from John! He was the right person for the job and I really appreciate his help!

We had a 17 year old tankless water heater, not working efficiently. We contacted Bee’s who sent out Jacob to evaluate it. He evaluated the current water heater, and made recommendations. We decided to proceed with a new heater. He was very knowledgeable about the different tyoe of tankless water heaters. We also had a toilet that needed replacement and he also made suggestions about the best one for our space. He came back the next day with the heater that we selected and also the toilet and installed them with an apprentice. He was very patient answering our many questions. The work was done efficiently and they cleaned up after they finished. We definitely would recommend this company.

I want to thank Sam Jr and his team for having the parts right there and then- I called a day before and they came next day. The toilet valve was replaced and the running toilet was repaired within an hour. The best thank you

PJ and Shane were awesome. I called originally for a insurance repair on my shower but they also worked on another plumbing repair that I had an appointment for with another plumber end of month. We needed a new water heater for our house and Daniel came through. He was quick, super friendly and very professional with us and his work. I would highly recommend Daniel and/or this company for any of your housing needs.

Extremely impressed since the moment I called in for help. Able to get a plumber out to my house next day (first thing in AM in fact). Sent text to notify when plumber would be here, along with profile picture and hobbies, which put me at ease being able to see who was coming to assist. Jacob arrived on time and he and Ben stayed all day troubleshooting and fixing our issue. We were offered outside parties to assist with water detection and recommended who to have assist with repairing drywall. Overall this extremely stressful situation for me, was immediately turned around and even became a learning experience. We will ALWAYS contact Bee Plumping for future needs, and refer to friends and family. Very appreciative of the help I received!

UPDATE: I want to add to my original review from a couple months ago. Wouldn’t you know it we needed to call Bee plumbing again for water main break on 8/17/22. Marcus stands out in the crowd as a hard worker and he strives to gets the job done right. So pleased he was who came again! Heres my original review. Friendly and listened to my concerns and needs. Recommendation was well understood and repair done immediately. Job well done! I will recommend Marcus and Bee Plumbing to friends and family.

On a very hot summers day Marcus & Mike did a great job on repairing some none code outdoor plumbing, digging a 3ft hole, replacing a spigot, isolating a leaking irrigation system & delivering an outdoor solution to water the garden.
