José was so professional and knew exactly what was going on with my tankless water heater, after another technician couldn’t figure out what was wrong. He was able to repair the water heater the same day we called. Efficient, experienced, and friendly. He also explained the exact issue and gave helpful advice on longer-term maintenance.

Jacob helped us with an urgent pipe leak and our experience could not have been better! He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and did very tidy work. We will definitely reach out to Bee's, and Jacob specifically, for any plumbing or heating related help we might need in the future.

I've used Bee's for many years. This time they installed a water connection to my new fridge. It was complicated but Chris handled it without a glitch. They always respond quickly and are professionals each and every time.

Highly recommend Josh! This was our 3rd time having Bee's Plumbing & Heating come out to fix toilet and kitchen faucet issues. He took his time to fix a previous plumber's mistakes, even though it took a few hours. Our water pressure was better in the old "broken" faucet, but was extremely weak in the brand new replaced faucet. I really appreciate his thoroughness and his response to my concerns. He took his time to explain things to me which I greatly appreciated.

Bee’s Plumbing and Heating was great to work with. We had the pleasure to work with Marcus. He slowed down to explain what work was needed and set realistic expectations of the timeframe. He was also really friendly to our dog who isn’t typically friendly to strangers

I love Bee's! It feels weird to type that about a plumbing company, but they're really special. For some reason, everyone is always in a good mood, and they do amazing work. Yes, they're a little pricier at times, but I happily fork over the cash because they make me feel like the world is an o.k. place to be, and everything is going to be alright after all. Jacob and Tristan were a joy to have around! :D

Had my water heater go out in the night and Bee had people at my home the next morning at 8 AM. The work was professional and PJ and Kallista went above and beyond to make sure everything was done properly. Highly recommended, and they made a lifetime customer in me! Oct 2022 UPDATE: This remains firmly a 5-star review. PJ came out again to look at some sweaty pipes. He found a slow leak in an older pipe that I didn't catch, and repaired it that same day.

PJ did an excellent job at getting my sewage pump removed and replaced.

I would recommend Bee's. They were really responsive when the water heater flooded our basement and we needed a quick replacement. I was so thankful! I gave them our water heater info and they came same day, the morning that I called. And had a new water heater on hand! John, the plumber offered to contact a remediation service for the water but we had already vacuumed it up His service was great and we scheduled them to replace a couple faucets.

Jacob was very knowledgeable and was able to fix our issue same day. He educated us on some other options to consider and made me comfortable with the steps in the process to resolve the issue.

Marcus is an excellent technician! I highly recommend this company. I appreciate their level of detail. Marcus was very thorough, he walked me through a few options. I am very thankful for his honest, professional opinion. It was unbelievable that I was able to be scheduled within the same day. Although mine was not an emergency. I’m glad that I was able to avoid it from becoming an emergency.

I called Bees plumbing to help fix a leaky shower head because I didn't trust myself with replacing the cartridge. The cost was $950+ (tax included) and total time til fix was under an hour. Edit: 10/21/2022 Jona from customer services promptly contacted me after I left the review, looked throught the notes and facts, and offered me a reasonable refund. I appreciate the gesture and will change my review to 5 stars. Original comment: 10/9/2022 The technician is obviously experienced. This review is about setting clear expectation and customer service. I took one star off for each of my complaint area. 1. When appointment was made, the call center lady said $99 dispatch fee will be used towards the repair (if repairs is provided). Nope, technician said that was never a thing. Well, it is kind of a thing for many other service providers, and if your customer said so, shouldn't you honor that? 2. On the day of the service, dispatch called and basically said, technician can come now (10-11am) or you will need to reschedule (my original time window is 12-4pm), because she "can't hold the technician longer, they have no job in the afternoon". Well then, shouldn't you provide the 10am as an option and honor the original time if I can't? I eventually took the 10:30am because I really want the problem addressed. And the dispatch lady was appreciative. 3. I do understand the technician drives around with lots of supplied and that should all be part of the cost. Isn't $750+$99 dispatch+ tax for a cartridge a bit much? I went for the repair because this is a rental property and my tenants are counting on using this shower, so I wanted it get over with. I will not call Bee's in the future given customer service and high cost.

We had Jacob from Bee’s Plumbing come out to look at a problematic slow drain. He was by far the best plumber we have ever had! He was so kind, respectful and professional. He clearing communicated everything he was doing and options we had. He wasn’t rushed and made sure he would do everything he could to resolve the problem. If more people had Jacobs integrity, the world would be a better place! I cannot recommend him enough!

They sent an experienced plumber who was able to fix my leak in a creative way at a reasonable rate and communicated well.
