Schedule an appointment and it was incorrectly subcontracted out by roto rooter. Bees plumbing and heating said they do not work with Roto-Rooter as a subcontractor. The manager is actively helping trying to resolve the issue. If you book an appointment with Roto-Rooter don't rely on it, but book directly with bees plumbing and heating.

Marcus communicated well, was on time and went above and beyond for our situation. We have an electrical issue that manifested via our plumbing, and Marcus called other to get accurate information. He even said that he could spend time in the crawl space and charge us more money, but that we should have an electrician do that, so they can identify and fix the issue. From this experience, we will be using Bees (and hopefully Marcus) for a future water heater replacement.

Marcus was great! We hope to see him again when we are ready to replace our water tank after other services.

Used their service to move water and sewage pipes a few feet on the same wall, they did a professional and clean job. They followed-up with me to assess customer satisfaction.

Both Garry & his apprentice were professional & friendly. Installed new fixture & adjusted mis-aligned plumbing under sink. & Left everything cleaner than it was before !

Ben and Ian from Bee's did a great job of fixing a chronic slow drain/faulty trap issue. It wasn't the most straightforward repair, but they were efficient and they got it done with minimal interruption (I work from home). Super nice guys too, which counts! This is the second time I've hired Bee's and will continue to give them a call for any future needs.

My wife and I are Bee's Plumbing two-time satisfied customers. Not long ago we had Bee's replace our water heater. They did a really, clean, nice installation. I will tell you that cost-wise plumbers in our area are within the same price-point. The difference between plumbers becomes what value they produce with their craft in the quality of their plumbing plus their customer service. Bee's Plumbing provides both quality plumbing and good service. My wife and I asked Bees Plumbing to come and help us with our latest dream to replace the downstairs' bathroom sink and faucet and to add a new 32" stainless steel deep sink in the laundry-room. We selected Bees because of our previous good experience, their proven quality plumbing and the fact that when they arrive on-site to do work, they have everything they need in their truck. Bee's sent a superb plumber, Marcus, who is very experienced and knowledgeable, and an apprentice, Diego, who was constantly busy helping. Within a few hours of straight on work, Marcus and Diego gave us a new bathroom sink/faucet and a new, beautiful 32" stainless steel deep sink in the laundry-room. As with everything in attempting house-improvements, plenty of challenges unexpectedly popped-up. The advantage of having a plumber with lots of experience, as does Marcus, is that he overcame every challenge - no problem. Now, everything works so perfectly, no drips, no leaks and it looks fantastic. Thank you Marcus and Diego. We called Bee's because we got a water bill that was higher than expected, and asked them to come do a leak inspection for us. Marcus ran ran some diagnostics to check for the leak, ultimately finding no leak but faults in our water heater. He repaired these quickly and was super knowledgeable with possibilities of why we might being seeing our water bill too high. He was professional, fun, thorough, and fast. We had Bee’s come out to replace our hot water heater that had leaked all over our laundry room. They came quickly on a Sunday, removed the old heater and installed a new one. Garry was extremely helpful in diagnosing and repairing an old bathtub drainage system. He was very thorough and taught me about my houses drain system. Had a good sense of humor too!

Bee's is a responsive and professional company. The techs arrived on time and were courteous. I was provided with a clear description of the problem with alternatives, so I could chose to have part of the job completed now with the rest of the work completed at a future date. The work was done quickly and the techs cleaned up well afterwards. I'd hire them again. The only downside was that I had to contact the company for my receipt (which they immediately provided with an apology for the oversight).

Thank you for quick scheduling and coming out quickly. Sam Jr and Carlos fixed my hose bib, a broken sewer clean out, and installed a pressure regulator as our water pressure was too high. They're very friendly and listened to all my silly questions and even helped price out a job for the future. I'm very happy :)

Showed up within an hour of my phone call even though it was no emergency. Professional and courteous guys. After a consultation with them I decided to do the work myself. Zane talked me through how best to perform the work, and even offered to take any calls with questions. For that I was more than happy to pay the modest cost of a visit/quote.

We had a sewer backup routinely occurring in abasement shower & knew whatever was causing it was beyond my skill level. Called Bee's and within a day Marcus & his team were out to diagnose & fix my problem which was that my main sewer line had bellied out in my yard and needed to be dug up & replaced. The repair required them to dig out a 8-10ft deep trench which was definitely not an easy thing to do by hand. Overall, they did a great job, were promptly on time and true to their estimates in both cost & timeline. They even went the extra mile in cleaning everything back up after they were done. 10/10 would recommend!
