Pj and John were professional and informational. They came to my house on Thursday to give me a quote for changing into tankless water heater from a traditional 50G tank. They provided me with options and very transparent on the pricing. Pj and John were able to come the next day to installed it. I would highly recommended Bee Plumbing to my friends and family. Btw this is the second time I hired them. The first time was for a leaking pipe. Again they has been awesome.

Bee's Plumbing was outstanding. The dispatchers answered the phone immediately and communicated clearly and quickly via texts and email. Tate and Tyler, the plumbers, were professional and caring. They installed the hot water heater [up] to code quickly and even positioned it yielding better access and more closet space. We will be using Bee's in the future for any plumbing needs.

I've hired Bee's Plumbing and Heating twice now for two very different problems. Both times, the plumbers arrived on time with great communication prior to the appointments. For one issue, the water had to be turned off in my condo building. The plumbers worked with me to make that as small as an inconvenience as possible for my neighbors. For my most recent issue, the plumbers tackled multiple issues under my kitchen sink and I'm very happy to say it is finally dry under there! While expensive, I will call Bee's Plumbing the next time I'm in need of a plumber.

Amazing customer service & expertise. They were respectful, professional, and well priced. The process of calling & booking was so simple. They were here the next morning and had great communication about when they would arrive. It ended up being a super simple fix but they were gracious and took the time to teach me how to fix it on my own if it ever happens again. I would 100% call them again for any future plumbing issues.

This was my second time using Bee’s Plumbing and I was just as happy with them as the first time. TJ and his assistant were timely, professional and personable. They installed 3 new toilets, relocated some plumbing, and did some repair work on my tankless water heater. The work was done efficiently and they cleaned up after themselves. They happily answered all my questions too! Bee’s has a great ambassador in TJ! This is the fifth plumbing outfit I have used on my house, and I think I have finally hit the jackpot. I was pretty skeptical of plumbers in general after the first four, which I would never use again. However, these people are different. From the very beginning, with my call to their office, everything went very professionally and smoothly. They were able to give me a same day or next day appointment even though I am way out on the far edge of their service territory, and they confirmed my appointment with both text and email. Ditto the day of the appointment to let me know when the technicians would be arriving. The technicians were on time and very cordial, professional and easy to communicate with - not a trace of the condescending, "gotcha" attitude I had gotten so used to with other plumbers. They did a super job repairing two drain pipes that were leaking in my crawl space, and the price was totally reasonable - far less than I had feared, actually. I was really impressed with how efficiently they worked and how well and professionally they communicated with each other on the job. Never have I been so confident that I got quality plumbing work at a fair price. I decided to try this company out due to their very favorable reviews, and I see why the reviews are so positive and wanted to add my voice. Why aren't there more companies like this? I have finally found my forever plumbing outfit. They will be getting all my business from here on out.

We had filled up our tub on the second floor only to find water dripped from a light fixture directly below it on the first floor. We made a call and were easily able to set up an appointment to have folks from Bee's swing by and take a look. They detected the cause quickly (rusted overflow drain), explained what options were available to us in layman's terms, and had the parts needed to fix it right away. Definitely appreciate their support in what could have been a painful situation!

I had a leaking toilet because the flange had rusted out and was unable to hold a seal. After I tried fixing it myself and realized it was improperly cemented into the foundation as well, I called Bee's to have it fixed. Garrett did a fantastic job of grinding out the old flange and replacing it. He saved me from having a major repair involving the replacement of flooring and a section of foundation. I would recommend them to everyone.

Garrett came out the same day I called to make an appointment. He was very professional, was thorough in diagnosing the problem, and was fair on price. Bee's was also very communicative about when he would arrive and what to expect before the visit. Great experience, look forward to using Bee's again in the future.

Great company and exceptional service! I highly recommend Bee's Plumbing to anybody that has plumbing needs. I woke up at 8am to a burst pipe that was spewing water into my crawl space. Sam was at my house 2 hours later and had the problem completely fixed within another 2 hours! Very reasonably priced as well!
