Very professional! Tate was awesome and so helpful. He was very compassionate during a difficult time to deliver news that wasn’t wanted to hear. We went from a simple repair to a total replacement of a tankless water heater. ($2300 to over $7000). It was a tough hit after many other things that have fallen on us recently. We highly recommend this company!!

PJ and John were fantastic!! They were fast and professional. They gave me two quotes, and then were able to perform the work in under an hour. They even made friends with my dog, and brought him some treats.

Garrett & Wes (apprentice) were very professional, respectful, and kind. We called Bee's for a clogged drain, and after trying to snake it out, they ended up replacing the pipe. They did not charge us for the snaking since it was unsuccessful. Throughout their time, they were very respectful of our home: moved items out of the way, disinfected afterward, and even entertained our cat while they worked! They were also very communicatove over the phone with my husband who was at work. I felt very safe and respected. Thank you!

Bee's was incredible! I called them in the early evening and they had someone at my house first thing the next morning. Not only were they timely, efficient, and professional, but they ended up charging less than their initial estimate (which was already a fair price) because the job was simpler than expected. They will forever be my first call for plumbing issues! I can't recommend them enough.

A great experience. Garry and Diego were friendly, professional, experienced, and efficient. They took a look at the entire house inspecting everything and patiently answering all my questions. It turned out that the only needed repair was a small leak, which they did free of charge. Could not be happier with Bee’s Plumbing.

They came on time and were very friendly and professional. During the repair of the leak, a separate problem came up and they handled it extremely quickly and well preventing any damage. They double checked that everything was working properly once the job was done and my place ended up cleaner than when they arrived. 10/10, would definitely use their service again next time I have a plumbing issue!

We found some moisture in our ceiling coming from the leaky pipes. Bee's plumbing sent professional plumbers: Sam Jr. and Carlos who found the source of the leak and were able to fix it. They also found the air tank next to the water heater was putting too much pressure and was improperly connected so they replaced it. We were very happy with the service and Sam answered all our questions thoroughly. Hopefully this leak is fixed for good.

Our technician PJ was very professional and polite. They found and solved my problem with minimal impact to the area. I’m very pleased with the service and will definitely call them again if we have problems.

Had my gas valve replaced, new range installed, and water hose on refrigerator installed after a very poor experience with Lowe’s. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough. They were so nice, gave very thorough explanations, and made sure the range and water from refrigerator were working as expected before leaving. Crew was on time and very efficient. I will definitely be using Bee’s for future services!

A pipe burst in the wall on Thursday 12/30/2021. I called Bees Plumbing and they were going to send somebody out on 12/31/2021. Due to unforeseen circumstances they were not able to come out on Friday. They send out a plumber first thing in the morning on New Years day and replaced the pipe within an hour. Very happy with the work done. They were very knowledgeable and professional.

We had a great experience with Sam and his colleague at Bee's on an urgent issue with our kitchen plumbing. They arrived promptly a couple hours after we placed the call and did a thorough job resolving our issue. We especially appreciated Sam sharing tips for keeping him away in the future, so we could prevent future emergencies. Definitely would recommend working with Bee's and Sam specifically!

I can certainly recommend Bee’s based on my experience today. I needed to rebuild my kitchen sink plumbing to accommodate a new disposal, and discovered that many of the angle stops were leaking and prone to failure. Communication was excellent and PJ and John arrived in a timely manner. Both were fully masked and prepared, covid conscious, and pleasant to meet as well. It was not cheap, but they did a lot of work in a surprisingly short amount of time and I am satisfied. In these times, these are the kind of professionals that you can afford to have in your home—especially if you are close to someone who is immunocompromised. Thanks!

Ryan and Bee's is the best! Local W Seattle family owned, competitive pricing, fast response and extremely professional. We had a pipe burst with water flooding my entire basement dance studio. Bee's was there quickly, worked fast and got us set back up. They were even patient and explained what they were doing to my very curious toddler. We liked working with them so much we had them return for our kitchen issues that happened shortly thereafter and replacement of our hot water heater. Highly recommend

For what has become such a challenge during Covid, these folks were ontime, got done quickly, told me about things that I thought I needed but didn't. I don't write reviews often but, when a company makes it a point to not rip me off, I will tout that business. Good folks...

Our hydronic tankless system started dropping in temperature during the christmas holiday snowstorm of 2021. We were out of town. We scheduled with with another local plumbing and heating company and I flew home 5 hrs to meet them. They cancelled on me at 2pm for two days in a row. I called Bee's and they sent someone out the following morning with no delay. They fixed the issue. I was very impressed with the immediate response.

PJ and John were amazing! Before they came to our house, we were not able to turn off our main water line to install our new fridge, until they came and helped us. They found a great solution by replacing our main water valve and identified our outside water line. They installed our new refrigerator and got us all setup. I called on a Saturday and they were there the next day. They were so experienced and taught us a lot about our home and we learned so much about our water lines from them. Thank you for such a white glove experience. We would recommend them to anyone and we will definitely be using them again in the future!!
