Bee’s Plumbing and heating helped me with an emergency leak repair. After finding water pooling under my bathroom sink at 1am, I was at a loss with how to expedite a fix. While other providers quoted me 5 days for support, I was able to expedite my request on the waitlist at Bee’s first thing the next morning and get service within 3hours. PJ and John were extremely professional and talked me through the repair needs. Within 30min everything was patched and good to go. I’m so grateful and would absolutely call them again! Thank you!

I have used bee’s plumbing twice now and they have been great to work with. They were able to get someone out to me quickly. The first time they replaced the piping to the hose on the front of the house. They worked quickly and professionally and did an amazing job. The second time we had a burst pipe from freezing temps and they got out quickly to repair it. Communication was great and they stand behind their work. I’ll be calling them for any of my future plumbing needs for sure.

Ryan was professional and knowledgeable. He was familiar with the issue when I presented the symptoms and history, showed me the cause and what was needed, and finished the job in a timely manner. Both technicians wore masks, were courteous of my home and cleaned up after themselves.

Sam Jr did a good job fixing my broken pipe and other broken parts in water heater, and he explained the details very clearly.

I came into the storefront to see about renting a spot to store my travel trailer. Rob gave me a full tour and particularly addressed my main concern... security for the vehicle. Rob even arranged for me to check the access to the yard by bringing the trailer in and backing it into place. When I called to say I was coming the gate was opened and someone was waiting. I didn't have plumbing done but I'm sure the customer experience transfers over to the plumbing work. These guys were easy to talk to and easy to get on the phone. If I ever freeze a pipe or need a water heater replaced I'll give them a call.

My experience with Bee was excellent from my first call. I had a significant leak on a holiday weekend during a snowstorm and they made it to me the day after I called! The plumber, Julio, and his apprentice were so kind and explained everything thoroughly. The repair was done in much less time than anticipated. Not only were they skilled plumbers, but genuinely nice people. I’ll definitely call Bee again for future plumbing needs and would highly recommend them.

During the Seattle freeze, one of our outdoor pipes froze and snapped. I called Bee’s. The scheduler was friendly, empathetic, and professional. Our technician Julio arrived with his apprentice George during the scheduled window. They demonstrated competence and professionalism. I was particularly impressed when Julio adjusted our bill, lowering his initial estimate, since the job ended up being easier than he had anticipated. I will definitely be using them again and will strongly recommend their services.

They had it very fast response time and did not have to come back and make another appointment to do the repair as they had all the parts in stock on their truck.

We lived in our home for 18 years. As long as we have lived here, there has been a subtle odor. The last eight months it had become quite strong, and coming from the bedroom bathroom. We have had plumbers reinstall wax rings under the toilet...we have had the vents cleaned...we have had the water District come to the house...nobody could figure out where this sewer smell was coming from. Here is where Blake from Bee's Plumbing and Heating comes in. Blake went under the house and found the first problem. A sewer pipe that needed immediate attention. He replaced the saggy pipe, however the smell was still there. We also had the help of the local water District. They performed a "smoke test" which helped Blake locate the leak. It had been an uncapped vent pipe behind the wall. This has been leaking sewer smell in our home for years. Blake was amazing. In his professional manner and attention to detail. We discovered that our gas fireplace key valve had a leak. We had scheduled a flooring install weeks ago that was three business days away since discovering the leak -- Bee's was able to get a technician in the same day we discovered the leak to assess the problem and issue a temporary fix for the evening. They came back the next morning to replace the valve as a permanent fix. Garrett and his apprentice Wes were friendly and easy to talk to. They were thorough in their explanations of what was going on and the recommended course of action. Our 20+ year old fireplace gas valve was replaced with a better-designed quarter-turn valve quickly and efficiently.

We contacted Bee’s after our main water line valve broke. Julio and Carlos showed up the next morning to help fix our issue. They were professional and prompt. Julio explained in detail what the issue was and what specifically they were going to do to fix it, making sure I understood each step of the process. This was greatly appreciated. The work was done right then and there.

I have used Bee's Plumbing and Heating twice now to service my tankless water heater and to repair a pipe cap that had come off. Both times the scheduling and communication from the head office and the service from my technician Sam were superb. I will definitely use Bee's again in the future for any needs that may arise.

PJ and Allan came out the same day we called about an unusual sound in our pipes. They were kind, courteous, on time, and thorough. I appreciate that they looked at not only the problem but checked on our other facets and toilets to make sure the issue wasn’t apparent there as well. They stayed until the issue was resolved and left the work space clean I would not hesitate to use them again.
