I’ve had a great experience with Bee’s Plumbing & Heating from the time I contacted them to the completion of the job. Sam Jr. was very courteous, patient (with all the questions I asked), and showed tremendous knowledge and professionalism throughout the whole visit. I’m glad I’ve used Bee’s services today, and won’t hesitate to contact them again in the future whenever needed.

We had Bee's come out to our newly purchased home to address some issues identified in the inspection report. They were able to fix a majority of the inspection issues and some other issues they identified the same day and provided timely quotes for the rest. Mick and Taylor were friendly and knowledgeable and were able to answer all our questions and address our concerns.

***update*** Jackie from the office called me and said she felt bad I’d had this experience. Offered me a large refund (not all of it, but such that it is now within what I totally consider fair for work done) and asked if they could have another chance in the future; that they’d really like to have me for a future customer. .... alright. Call me impressed. Updating my 1 start review to 5. Absolutely going to give them another chance. $600 to replace a $20 rubber gasket. (It really was as simple and unscrewing something, new gasket, putting it back on.) When I called the guy out, his response was “you’re not paying for parts, you’re paying for my expertise. I’m like a doctor.” 🙄 Going else where next time.

Sam was friendly and professional, he took care in making sure I understood what he needed to do to fix the issues we were facing. He showed me with pictures what was going on in the crawlspace and what he needed to do and why he did things a certain way stressing the importance of doing things the right way. He checked in whenever something didn't go as planned and gave me options of how to proceed which I appreciated.

I needed to get a house filtration unit plumbed into my main water line between the house shutoff and the hot/cold split. The two technicians did a good job. It was more expensive than I originally thought it should cost by about 100%. I guessed it was going to be about a $800-$1000 job. It was closer to $1800, but I understand that's just the cost of living in an expensive area.

The two plumbers, Garrett and Eric, did an awesome job. They arrived at the stated time and listened while I outlined what was needed (install two toilets and hook up the drain assembly for the new bathroom sink). They used their time efficiently. I really appreciated that they answered my questions and that Garrett offered helpful comments about the type of toilets that were installed. Thanks 👍 Jay.

Sam Jr and Brian were amazing! They came out in no time when we called about the leak in our son’s bathroom. The tub was leaking every time water was ran making it impossible to use. They were out within 2 hours of being called and were so polite and professional. They walked us through the whole process before they began work which was nice.

Sam came out to service my Navien water heater. He was in time and did a great job - workspace was as clean as when he showed up. Highly recommend.

We called Bee's for a backed up drain, it ended up being a MUCH larger issue than we thought, but Zane and his team kept investigating until we got to the bottom of it. We can now flush with freedom! :) Can't say enough about Zane and the other plumbers that came out, the explain the issues so clearly and always professional, kind and worked their butts off. The dispatch team also had great communication. Just wonderful service all around!

Replaced faucet

I am extremely satisfied with the service from Bee's Plumbing. From their easy scheduling, to their courteous reminders on when they would arrive, to their excellent performance on the job -- no one does better than Bee's. I have had two occasions when I needed help quickly, and Bee's was able to accommodate me -- even on a weekend. Their charges are fair and competitive. They take great care in cleaning up when they're finished with a job. And, above all, they get the job done professionally. I truly appreciate this company and the people who work there.

Our first experience with Bee's was great! I messaged Bee's on Monday evening for assistance with our natural gas pipe, and by Tuesday morning we had an appointment set up and were ready to go. Tate did an amazing job of helping us set up our natural gas grill. He had to remove the rusted-on cap on our natural gas pipe, and even stopped by the store to pick up the proper size part for our pipe/hose. He hooked up our grill hose and also tested for gas leaks and to make sure everything was working properly. Everything including his trip to the store was done pretty much under 1.5hrs. So efficient, and Tate was incredibly patient and respectful of our property as well. Thanks Tate and Bee's!

My basement toilet had to be replaced due to flooring changes, and thanks to the plumbers at Bee's, this was handled the very next day. Very professional plumbers and service. Cement floors aren't so forgiving, and this had to be done quickly and correctly so as to not ruin the new floors. Thank you!

Garrett and his team were professional and nice to help me fix the main water line leakage. They told me very clear about the options that I can have as well as the pros and cons and make sure I feel comfortable with their proposals. They also made a comprehensive diagnosis for all the areas that might get impacted. During the fix, they also told me what might cause this and provided the recommendations as well. Good work!

We found some leaking under the kitchen sink in our rental unit. We called Bee's plumbing and scheduled the appointment. Sam arrived in time and quickly figured out the issue. The disposal and a connector need to be replaced. He carefully checked all the pipes and connectors after replacement and make sure there is no leak anymore. Sam also help us seal the sink without additional charge. We are very satisfied with the work.

Zane and Carlos came and gave me a quote for moving a drainpipe, hot and cold water pipes a foot or so over to a new location with new fittings so that I could install my new vanity. They also did all the heavy lifting to help me see where the vanity would fit best, and gave me plenty of great advice when I considered taking on the project by myself before I found out they were available to get started immediately, this was a day after I called for the quote. Great service and an overall pleasure to work with, thanks Zane and Carlos!

We had Bee’s out to help with multiple parts of a bathroom remodel project. They helped us reconfigure a tub drain, replace a toilet flange and modify a sink drain to accommodate a difficult bathroom vanity. Timely, professional and responsive. Thank you.

We will use Bee’s Plumbing. Their approach to understanding and clarifying our various plumbing projects set them far apart from their competitors. Sam and Darius met with me today and we discussed over a dozen complicated plumbing projects that our clients want to accomplish. We were all over the house figuring out the best strategies with which to proceed. Sam was researching materials on his iPad and building budgets. I was amazed with both his knowledge and with his attention to detail. We often hire as many as 15 subcontractors for a given project and know when we are in the presence of excellence. We were today. They charged $109 for the consultation. What a bargain!
