I have had Blake at Bee’s out to my house on several occasions to make miscellaneous plumbing repairs. Each time I have been blown away! He is always very attentive to my questions and concerns, and goes above and beyond to make sure the job is done right. Blake also pays close attention to detail, and always leaves the area where work was performed cleaner than he found it. I really appreciate the additional disinfectant and sanitizers used during the COVID pandemic. I recommend Blake, and Bee’s plumbing to everyone. Truly a five star experience!

Just wanted to say thank you to Sam Jr. and Brian who came this week to deal with our sewage pump. They did a great job communicating what their plan was upfront and keeping us informed along the way. They were able to clean the pump and get it working again without needing to replace it. We really appreciate the quick response, professional service, and clear communication. Will totally call them again if we have any other plumbing problems.

Had a tankless put in about a month ago and it's awesome. No more running out of hot water. They are great at communicating and I appreciate them sending pics and a background on the tech coming out. A nice personal touch. The techs did a beautiful job on the little details, a nice clean install as you can see from the pics.

I chose Bee’s Plumbing initially because they had great reviews ... and I am *so happy* with their service! Dispatch? Lovely! Customer Service? Phenomenal! (Wait did they really send me a text with a little bio and photo of my plumber before he showed up? Yes. Yes they did!) And when my water heater - which heats my entire house - died on Saturday morning ... Garrett showed up, assessed the issue (with the appropriate amount of compassion since it was really dead lol), and came back the next day to install a fancy new one. He was professional, tidy, funny and went the extra mile ... on his birthday no less! Highly highly recommend. 💯💯💯

On March 5, 2021, the team of Zane and Darius did an outstanding job of making a significant repair/modification to our 78 year old main sewer line. They also added provisions for future capability. They are highly skilled and knowledgeable. They were energic, polite, professional and answered our questions in the most understandable way. In September 2020, Bee's also fixed 2 leaks in our upstairs bathroom. Their bid for the most recent work happened to be the lowest, but our decision to go with Bee's a second time was the high quality and timeliness of the initial repair. With what started as a broken faucet in a bath tub, Sam Jr. and Brian were able to not only repair the faucet, but able to successfully diagnose and repair the root cause. Not only were Sam Jr. and Brian punctual, they were professional and courteous throughout the duration of the job. They were open and honest about the issues and my options. Bees was easy and great to work with. I will definitely use them again.

Professional, efficient service. Within the same day, our toilets were inspected, we received quotes for a range of services, and we had two new toilets purchased and installed. Garrett was thoughtful and showed excellent attention to detail.

Bee's plumbers were great! I got a fast response from dispatch. Sam and Brian were polite, explained what the problems were in detail and gave me multiple options for fixing my issues. They set expectations well and we haven't had a problem with the sink or drain since.

Great service. I was able to schedule an appointment easily (really good customer service), the problem was bigger than we thought, but Garrett was able to quickly identify it and went the extra mile so he could get it fixed that same day. Also, he always wore a mask and was really careful with our property.

Bee's was responsive and my plumber was very professional, friendly, and fast.

During a one of our many Seattle rainstorms, we had a drain in the basement clog, and water everywhere. Of course we were freaking out. I called Bee's and they came out right away and fixed our problem, also checking our sump pump (which had tripped and we didn't know it). We have an old house, I'm sure I'll be calling them again!

Bee’s Plumbing was great! I had called a handful of other local plumbers around town, and everyone proved to be several days out due to current workload (totally understandable). The gal who I spoke to on the phone was very nice, and quick to identify the problem so the guys could come out with whatever they may need here on site. They made quick work of two known repairs, and even a broken pipe that was discovered in behind the wall that was tied to one of the known issues (no extra charge either). Highly recommended.

Bee’s Plumbing was an amazing company from start to finish. Thorough communication all throughout the scheduling and arrival process. Delightful workers who gave us about 4 options on how to tackle our issue based on our budget. One of the plumbers even drove from Burien to North Seattle to find a specific toilet we had hoped for. Great guys. Our shower stopped working and these guys came today, on time and even though they had to park far away from my house due to construction, they had a great attitude and professionalism. A bit expensive for the work done but it is what it is....... Definitely recommend them!! Thanks
