After getting a crazy high estimate from another plumber I called Bee's. They were able to schedule an appointment quickly. Day of service they called to inform me they were running early! The plumbers were very professional and were able to fix the leaking shower faucet in no time. I will definitely use Bee's again before calling those plumbers seen on TV all the time.

We had water leaks out of multiple faucets and had a few quotes from other plumbing companies which came out and gave us estimates for repairing the leaky faucets. Sam Jr and Darius from Bee's Plumbing were the first to diagnose the actual problem, our pressure regulator was shot. They answered all our questions in detail, replaced the regulator and the fixed the antiquated Main Water shutoff same day. Very knowledgeable!

They helped us replacing 2-bowl sink to single bowl sink, and install. new faucet. They are knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend. :)

Bees plumbing is one of the premier plumbing institute in Seattle/Redmond area. Their plumbers are licensed, bonded and insured. Their diagnosis is accurate and their work carries a 1 year warranty. If the same problem reappears after their work within 1 year, they will do it for free. They charge 110 USD fees to come over and diagnose the problem. But later after that the total quote was 500 USD in my case after necessary adjustments. I ended up getting my work done with another plumbing service. Later Bee's called me whether I would like to proceed with their service. I stated that 500 USD was too high for me and that they need to be competitive and that I got it done by another service. They realized that and refunded my money. I really liked their honesty and follow ups with customers and making sure they treated well

The Bee's team did a great job of taking care of replacing our plumbing fixtures. They were all business, but also very cordial and respectful. In this time of COVID, they honored our requirements for face coverings and distancing. YES, I would definitely use them again.

Julio was very knowledgeable. I had really low water pressure with my newly installed irrigation system and I told him my issue. He knew right away what would fix it. I’ve gotten estimates from Other plumbing companies and they recommended a more expensive fix by installing a pressure pump which would have costed me thousands. Julio recommended changing the diameter of the pipe to a larger pipe and it fixed the issue right away. I would recommend this company for sure. I actually felt like I could trust them and he was honest with me about everything. They were very fast and they did a great job!

Bee’s Plumbing and Heating is the place to call if you have any problems regarding plumbing. If I could I would give them more than 5 stars. They are very professional and attentive starting with the first call until they are coming to your house and service. The initial call was great, the staff was very helpful, understanding and tried to find the earliest time they could come. I got email confirmation from them, SMS updates, letting me know which technician will come and when. They even called to ask me if it is okay if they can come earlier, I was surprised. I never had this experience before. They came and looked into my issue, spend a lot of time here and concluded that the previous plumber who was here sent by the builder fixed the issue without letting me know (and of course charged me for the dispatch fee). The previous plumber said there was nothing he can do. I was not able to use my shower for months since we did not know what caused the leaking issue. Bee’s plumbing came, they checked, spent time to find the issue and let us know we were misinformed. They were super friendly, professional, took photos to show me the fixed problem area (even emailed those to me for further reference) and the biggest surprise, they did not charge me the dispatch fee. They told me that they wouldn’t feel good about it since the previous plumber solved the issue without my knowledge and they try to keep or repair the … of all plumbers. Honestly, I was extremely surprised. I know that I am and will be referring them to anyone who is looking for great service and professionalism and of course if I have any issues in the future, they are the only one I will call. From start to finish this company impressed me! Even during this pandemic they were speedy at being able to make a house call for my garbage disposal and sink issues. Mick was amazing and so informative he even took a look at my washer that was leaking and was able to finish that the same day! So grateful for Bee’s Plumbing and their genuine employee’s. We were remodeling our daylight basement and were very pleased with work done by the crew of Bee’s Plumbing and Heating. They removed an old toilet in a half bath. They installed a shower, a new vanity with sink, and a new toilet. They had to reconfigure some of the plumbing to accommodate the new fixtures. They also upgraded the plumbing and the drain for the washer in the utility area. When the faucet for the sink in the vanity was broken from the store (where I bought it), they very willingly came back within a couple of days to install the faucet after I exchanged it at the store, even though it was during the Christmas holidays. They also installed a new larger water heater in the basement. Upstairs, they installed a garbage disposal where there wasn’t one, as well as an ice maker in the refrigerator, which required running a water line under the kitchen floor/above the basement ceiling. They picked up after themselves and left the area very clean every time they were there. We would definitely use Bee’s Plumbing and Heating again.

When I called Bee's Plumbing it was for a second opinion. I had just paid $400 to another plumber who was unable to fix a drain problem. They had sent me a quote to get it fixed that involved extensive work on my property and involved a carpenter and permits from the city of Seattle. If I had followed through with the first plumber's recommended course of action, I would easily have spent upwards of $10,000. Sam with Bee's plumbing was straight-forward with me. He told me that he could attempt a different solution that he couldn't guarantee would work, but if it did, would save me a lot of money. I agreed and Sam's suggestion paid off. For a few hundred dollars more, Bee's Plumbing was able to fix my problem. I am super grateful and would highly recommend Sam and Bee's Plumbing for your future plumbing needs.

Bee's Plumbing and Heating helped us with a bathroom leak and installation of a new shower. I recently discovered with a drain issue in the evening and contacted Bee's and they came out the next day. The technician Mick and his helper Zane helped us determine the problem and remediate the issue. Mick is very professional and knowledgable and gets the job done the first time. He's personable and overall a very nice person. I highly recommend this business for all your plumbing and heating needs.
