Our technician and apprentice technician did an amazing job replacing parts of our gas dryer line and installing it. They wore shoe covers, were very respectful and friendly, and got the job done quickly! Prices are reasonable (remember, you’re also paying for their skills and a safe home!) and they communicated the price and plan clearly. They are also kid-friendly, as an added small bonus. Scheduling an appointment was easy. They reach out via text and phone when they will arrive on the day of, and you can also text them and ask if they maybe have a rough ETA (no guarantees if they will know for sure, though, but it worked out for us!).

Zach was efficient and professional fixing a VERY old toilet. Got education on how to take care of such old plumbing until it’s eventually replaced. Great timing too. I got a time frame for the next day and I got the earliest time slot.

Paul was a very patient, knowledgeable, and professional representative for Bee’s Plumbing. He helped with our primary concern but also shared his expertise on other plumbing-related issues we may face in the future (based on our unique old house.)

I just moved into my house and knew I needed to replace the 22-year-old water heater immediately. I did an online search for local plumbers and contacted Bee's because they are a women owned business. I felt like I could trust them. They sent Sam Jr. and Jorge out to install a new water heater. Sam walked me through my options and told me they needed to do a few things to get me up to code. He also ended up installing a water pressure regulator because my water pressure was way too high. (An issue that was missed during the home inspection) He asked if I had any other plumbing issues, and I told him I thought there was a clog somewhere in my pipes because one shower wouldn't drain. I had tried everything, including trying to snake the drains and clean out myself. He sent a camera down one of the clean outs and saw the clog and standing water. He snaked and cleared the sewer pipe through multiple clean outs, showed me where all of the access points to the sewer were outside, made a video for me, showed me a map of how all of my pipes and downspouts drain, and gave me more recommendations and things to watch out for. I now know a lot more about my house and my plumbing than I did yesterday. Sam Jr. and Jorge were extremely skilled professionals. I would recommend them and Bee's to anyone.

Always great service. We have been using Bee's for 3 years whenever we have anything plumbing related Bee's is our go to and we are never let down with their service. Thank you Josh and his teammate for walking us through options with our toilet. We decided to not just fix the leaky seal but replace and purchase a new toilet through Bees and I am super happy we did. The quality of their work, the speed of booking an appointment and their excellent customer service makes us returning customers. We have had many bad experiences with different companies and their quality of work when it came to jobs done on our home, but not with Bee's. Josh and his team showed up first thing in the morning to fix our circulation pump when our house heating was broken. They were able to complete the work before noon! Super friendly and helpful.

Had my annual boiler maintenance done. The technicians were friendly knowledgeable and did a good job. Bonus points for showing up earlier than scheduled (they confirmed with me to see if an early arrival was ok).

I had an excellent experience with Niko G., the technician who fixed a leak under my kitchen sink and replaced an entire toilet in the bathroom. Niko was professional, friendly, and clearly confident in his work. It was such a relief to know the job was in capable hands, especially since I know very little about plumbing. He even stayed late to ensure everything was done correctly, which I truly appreciate. Niko went above and beyond, and in my opinion, he deserves a bonus for the outstanding service he provided. New to the area and just moved into a recently purchased house - 1 week in we had a leaking hot water system. After reading reviews on Google I contacted Bees Plumbing Service. They answered the phone promptly even after 5pm and Linda was super helpful in scheduling for the next morning. Two technicians arrived at the time indicated. They reviewed all my plumbing issues and gave fair assessments of what needed to be done. A quotation was provided and once approved they began work. By that evening we had a new hot water system which works beautifully. The technicians were polite, helpful and knowledgeable. They also cleaned up very well. Thankyou!!
