Once it was confirmed what my plumbing issue was and after discussing options, Trent provided a quote in which he had automatically factored in coupons and other discounts. As a senior on a fixed income, I was pleasantly surprised and very grateful for that. After I signed the agreement, they got to work and completed the job quickly and efficiently, reviewed with me key elements of what they did, and left the job site clean and tidy. Julio was friendly, knowledge, and walked me through everything that was going on with my leaking water heater and the options to solve it. I even threw a curveball with a leaky faucet in addition to that and he took it in stride and replaced it, too! I highly recommend him and Bee's in general.

Julio came out and was friendly, professional, and clean. It was cleaner after he left then before he arrived. Found the leak, fixed it, and gave great advice about avoiding potential future issues. Not sure if I overpaid, but considering it was a weekend and he arrived a few hours after call…. Worth it.

I had another new toilet installed in my downstairs bathroom. Blake was here a few months ago and installed one upstairs. Blake was here again today with Noah and after they installed the new toilet, they had time to clean my drain. This is the third time Blake has been to my home. I only have positive affirmations. He’s personable, professional, and extremely patient answers all my questions. Today I got to meet Noah just like Blake. We had a very slow-growing, mysterious water spot on the ceiling with no clear cause. Jacob correctly diagnosed and fixed the issue in basically two hours. He was patient with our dogs (and did not let them escape), communicated often and clearly, and was meticulously clean. His careful removal of the drywall means we can easily patch and replace the wall. Jacob is the only plumber I will ever call in the future!

Bee’s was super responsive to get someone out to replace an old and leaking water heater. Eddie was my technician and he explained everything and worked quickly to get the new water heater set up. I feel I got a fair price for the work performed and would not hesitate to use them again for any future plumbing needs.
