Niko was my technician. We originally just wanted a flush and service but our tank was too old to guaranty the work. So he recommended a replacement. He gave us a good deal on a new one and actually had A replacement ready on his truck.installed same day. We did have an 80gal and switched to a 50gal so he had his work cut out for him to take out the old one. Niko worked his but off, was very nice and professional. I asked a lot of questions but He had a lot of knowledge courtesy. And the work looks great.

From beginning when I first made the phone call until they finished the work and the water was back on from being down an entire week, the service was excellent. So when I first made the call, the team kept me informed, they answered the call right away, and had a plumber at the house the same day ans fixed the water main to my house the next day. They very professional, very informative, very polite, and receptive. The plumber, Preston Bell, took the best course of action to keep my cost indicative of the my needs of the repair and gave me a military discount. I was in an inspector at McChord Air Force Base and he is a good plumber. GREAT SERVICE!!

Same-day quote and next-day repair. Made sure to keep me aware of time frame for arrivals. Paul and Travis went above in service in replacing our hot water heater while fixing and replacing connections to our radiant flooring. They also removed a section of drywall where it leaked and built out a support system away from the wall so we can do future repairs. Also respectful of neighborhood and home security if they had to step away.

Friendly, knowledgeable plumber. Worked with purpose and got the plumbing repaired.

Blake from Bee's Plumbing came out today to repair my bathtub drain and install a pressure regulator where the water line enters my house. He also removed the flow restrictor from the shower head so we would have better water pressure in the shower. He and his colleague were courteous and quick. Job well done!

Sam did a great job today replacing our bathroom sink, with his apprentice. The replacement sink I had purchased was damaged in shipping so I thought we were going to have to reschedule the sink repair for another day. Sam was able to find a better sink than what was there originally and was able go pick it up, and then install it successfully once he returned. Great job by both of them, I will definitely call them again for any plumbing issues.

Excellent work! I had a leak in the main water line outside my house. I called Bee’s Plumbing and asked a bunch of questions to make sure they could fix the issue. Their customer service was extremely polite and knowledgeable, and they scheduled urgent service for the next morning. Joseph arrived right on time, quickly identified the location of the leak, and provided a detailed explanation of what went wrong and how it would be repaired. The work was completed even sooner than I expected. Joseph cleaned up the site afterward and answered all of my additional questions. Thank you!

I have used many plumbing companies throughout my life and I can honestly say that Bee's was by far the best company I have worked with. Preston was our technician and from the beginning he listened to our concerns, he was thorough in his work, and just over all professional about everything. I highly recommend!

Bees was very responsive in sending someone the same day. Our leaky fixtures were quite old and outdated, but the techs were creative and got the job done .

A huge shout out to Bee’s plumber Niko for helping this DIY guy who couldn’t DYI my own clogged bathroom sink issue. Niko was a gentleman and very competent—arrived on time, listened patiently to my concerns, and handled the job efficiently, and thoroughly. If I have any plumbing issues in the future, I will be calling Bee’s and requesting Niko’s assistance again.

While they were unable to respond the same day (a Sunday) when a pipe broke, the plumber came on the first available day and did an excellent job repairing the system and stabilizing it, and spent extra time getting the hot water heater restarted. He also was able to give me estimates on replacing the old hot water heater. I will use them again.
