I called to schedule water heater maintenance. Spoke to a real person without having to wait on hold or go through automated menu. They were able to schedule a visit the next day. Blake and team, who came out to the house, were very professional and courteous. Due to the age of our water heater, we ended up just opting for a new one. They had one on the truck and were able to remove our old one / install the new one within a couple hours, all in one visit, at a reasonable price. Will be contacting Bees for our annual service moving forward. Would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful experience with Matt and Axal from Bee's Plumbing. We had an emergency on a Friday afternoon and they came quickly and responded to the problem. Matt G did a phenomenal job of explaining all the steps, not pressuring us and answering all our questions. Their communication was greatly appreciated. They even found an additional issue we weren't aware of which likely saves us issues later on. We had main line back up from the sewer in our lowest floor. So we opted to have Matt G and team jet the pipe and line it. We also had them install a new water heater. Very happy with all!

His repair that toook less tha 8 hours was miles ahead of a corporate communications any that spent 25 hours and did nothing. Bowing that we neeeded to attend to residents and state codes he went above and beyond
