Sam is great; respectful and always keeps you informed, detailing what the job requires. Our kitchen sink's seal was failing and Sam had experience removing the sink and resealing it.He has an easy going disposition, yet maintains a professional demeanor. He checks in with you, making sure you don't have any questions or concerns. I get anxious whenever we have to call in 'trades', but we will reach out to Bee's in the future hoping that we can work with Sam again.

Five stars for Jeff and Saun! Jeff and Saun from Bee’s Plumbing in Seattle were fantastic, efficient, and incredibly kind. They quickly fixed the issue I asled about and even repaired my broken shower head at no charge. Best part? My usually aggressive dog loved them, which never happens. They brought calm, positive energy and left everything better than they found it. Highly recommend!

Paul and his co-worker did an excellent job . My work consisted of 5 installations, including a new 50-gallon water heater, and two new garden hose extensions. They were here on time, completed everything in one day and had everything on their truck. Paul is s licensed plumber and is a real professional. I recommend this team to anyone.

Trent and Bryson were great. Trent gave a reasonable estimate for a new waterline due to a major leak to our house. They completed the work as expected and had to deal with hard clay and rock and hot weather. We are very appreciative of the work they did. I have always used Bee's for our plumbing needs. They are always great. This time was no exception. Matt came out and he is excellent. He fixed our issue and got our kitchen plumbing up to code and working again. He is knowledgeable and patient. He took extra time to answer my questions and evaluate a couple other potential jobs.

We found our very old hot water heater finally expired around 7pm on a Friday night. I called Bee's because they have 24 hour emergency service and I've seen their trucks in the area. The girl I spoke with assured me she could have one of their licensed plumbers come and assess the problem with me, probably within an hour. That's how we met Sam, Jr. and this man went above and beyond to get us up and running. Sam worked til midnight removing and replacing our old water heater with a top quality replacement unit. He got the heater installed and working and said he could return the next day with all the necessary parts to complete our installation with everything required to bring it up to the latest building code requirements. Sam, Jr. did a terrific and thoroughly professional installation and we expect to have steaming hot water for years to come. Thanks Sam and thanks to Bee's Plumbing and Heating.

Positive experience. Starting with the front office scheduling. Kept me informed when plumber would be coming. Plumbers Trent and Bryson evaluated the problems and offered different solutions and price options. No high pressure sales. They were professional, hard working, and amazing work ethics. So Grateful for their excellent craftsmanship. Highly recommend!

Had a very positive experience with this company today who were able to come out same day to take care of a leaky hose bib. It was an anti-freeze water spigot and unfortunately it had to be completely replaced. And while we didn't anticipate the high cost of that, we were pleased that it was installed quickly, professionally, with no damage to interior drywall and insulated much more thoroughly than it had been originally. Our plumber and assistant did great work and even gave us a bit of a discount based on the turn around time being so short. This company was very organized and had great communication from start to finish. Would definitely use again.
