My husband Don and I woke up Tuesday morning to the sound of our 17-year-old water heater sounding like a freight train running through our garage. We had hired Bee Plumbing a couple of years ago for a small plumbing job and liked their service. Don called Bee Plumbing yesterday morning, and they said they would be out before 5 p.m. They showed up around 3 p.m., and by 6 p.m. a new water heater and pressure regulator was installed and ready to go. "Doc" and his assistant were friendly and very knowledgeable--they took care of a difficult situation and by evening, our life was back to normal.

I called Bee's Plumbing on a Tuesday with a plumbing issue we were having. Not an emergency, but an issue that needed addressing. We were pleasantly surprised to get an appointment for the next day. Since we called Tuesday afternoon, I was again pleasantly surprised that the plumbers showed up just after 8am. When they came in, they were nice, professional and did an excellent job. We couldn't be more pleased.

My water heater sprung a leak overnight and was going to need to be replaced. Trent was a superstar - I requested an appointment on a Saturday morning, and he turned up within a couple of hours. He did a full replacement with no hassle all within a few hours, and everything is working perfectly once again. Thank you for the brilliant service!

I was trying to fix The kitchen sink leak that I got by myself. My galvanized pipes had rusted out and created a huge hole. It was leaking water everywhere. I did my best to clean up everything and access it, but the pipes were so rusted shut and gone and couldn’t take care of it myself. I happen to look outside my front window just when I was given up and saw bees work truck across the street from my house so I asked the guy to come take a look and Brad came over and I can access the situation and did an amazing job. Fixed what I couldn’t in a quick and timely manner and I was very impressed. Thank you for the work.

Andre was great. He was professional, knowledgeable did a great job. Explained what he had done. Showed old parts(after) vs new parts (before). Did a great job.

We had a water leak and we were not sure if it was from inside or outside. Seattle Public Utility alerted us to high water usage. We called a couple places and Bee’s was able to come investigate our problem within 24 hours. Eddie and his teammate troubleshot the situation and was able to identify the problem being our toilet. They were quick and efficient while keeping us well informed the whole time. We will definitely use Bee’s again!

Ed from Bee's Plumbing and Heating arrived promptly and on time. I received texts all along the way confirming my appointment with a picture of Ed and updates on his arrive time. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful of our property. The repairs were of excellent quality and very quick. I will call Bee's again with any plumbing repairs we may need in the future!

Eddie was fantastic. Super helpful, very kind, and professional. He talked us through every step of a complex issue we had. I did not catch his helpers name but he was just as great. The dispatcher who took my call this morning was good too. They fit us in our schedule same day and we had a workable solution and multiple options for a larger repair at a later date.

We decided to replace our toilet ourselves, but realized it we bit off more than we could chew when we pulled out the old toilet. It had never been installed correctly. Jorge was able to fix ann issue with the plumbing, and he installed the new toilet for us. He informed us of every step along the way. He was quick, and he did a great job. We’d happily use Bee’s Plumbing again.

They were able to get someone out same day. They sent a text message verifying the identity of the plumber along with a picture of them. They were professional and friendly throughout their visit. They explained every single issue and alternative fixes. The cost was very well explained. We will be using their services again.
