Bee’s Plumbing & Heating promptly scheduled my first appointment. Ben, Perry and crew came out and did a review of my plumbing request and other future needs and came up with several pricing packages which I was able to customize. Over several days, Perry and the crew completed the initial projects. I found the staff to be experienced, knowledgeable, respectful, courteous and to have a great work ethic; the company appears to do a good job in hiring. Though some plumbing work and equipment can come at considerable cost, I came away feeling good about choosing Bee’s and am a satisfied customer!

My technician was Sam Jr. He was professional and kept me informed the entire time.

Bee’s was very helpful and responsive when I needed a new hot water heater in a Sunday. I called at 9AM, and they had a tech at the house within 90 minutes. Finished quickly, very professional!

On a septic system, backed up drain. I had a magnet with Bee’s plumbing and looked up reviews. Decided to call them and so glad I did. Calling on a Friday afternoon, they did say they could have a tech come out. Got a call around 5 said they still had techs out on jobs but could still come. Since the water had gone down, I decided Saturday was OK. Got texts and email confirming appointment. They called to let me know a tech would arrive shortly. Nathan was pleasant, knowledgeable and very clear about what was happening. We got the clog snaked and an estimate for putting sleeve in the pipe down the road. Give him a bonus for great customer service! Found a plumbing company for all our needs in the future.

The scheduling and customer service were excellent. So easy. They kept me informed on the technician’s arrival time, which was accurate and timely. The technician, Perry, was excellent. I explained what I needed repaired, then he repeated my instructions to me to make sure he understood. He was transparent with the estimate and he worked quietly and quickly. He walked me through what he had completed, presented me with an accurate bill and was very polite. 5-star service from beginning to end. Thank you!

Bee's Plumbing was a life saver for us when it boiler decided to spring a leak the evening before the 4th of July. A service technician, Jacob, was able to come out the next day and assess the situation. Jacob is professional and a genuinely nice guy. Not only did he go over everything that was happening and explained everything he was doing, he let us know how to shut off the water in case the leak got worse before he could come back and replace the part. He ordered the part we needed and came out a week later and no more leak!! He also worked up an estimate for taking out our old boiler (over 30 yrs old) and installing a new tankless water heater. It has been an easy and enjoyable process! I would definitely recommend Bee's Plumbing and Jacob for anyone needing plumbing work done!

We called for a toilet unclog and they were here 2.5 hours after we called. It was $99 to get them in the door, and $550 to use an auger which was much steeper than we were expecting. Most importantly, Kallista is such a queen! She was so nice and friendly, explained everything well and was friendly with my dog to boot.

Called to schedule appt within 30 of me submitting a request online. Kept me updated on when tech would arrive via text. Techs were nice, diagnosed the problem, gave me options and information to make a decision then fixed the problem quickly.

Eddie did a great job explaining what needed to be done to resolve our plumbing issue and worked efficiently. He also took the time to chat about some other concerns. He was friendly and professional. We will definitely use him for future plumbing needs.

Doc came to my house and repaired a corroded toilet drain pipe. It is 100+ year-old house and he approached it with professionalism, kindness, and confidence immediately putting this 85 year-old female at ease. It was not a cut and dry kind of job and doc was creative and Inventive in making pipes pieces fit together. He gets a five star from me and if I ever need a plumber, he will be My first call.

Updated 7/8/25: I have changed my review to 5 stars after moving up the chain and speaking with Jake. He has worked hard to make sure the company got the project to a place where I am satisfied with the final outcome and price. I believe that Bee's wants to leave their customers happy. I have struggled to write this review...my experience of the communication and client care have been incredibly lacking. The company started strong with great care and customer service. As soon as I was bought in and paid for the services (I was told were gonna be finished that day while I was at work) everything went down hill. I was told the job was gonna take 2 days. It took 2 months. I was not told what was happening or given timelines for most of the process after the first 2 days. I want to give this a better review but ultimately, the job was done sub par and the service was lacking on many fronts. I will urge folks to know that you will need to do most of the work with this one.

Technician Josh was prompt to our service. He explained everything and went out of his way to make sure we got what we wanted. He left our bathroom clean and was careful with our space.

Trent and Caleb came out on very short notice when my water heater failed catastrophically, and got everything cleaned up and a new water heater installed. They were extremely courteous, explained everything they were installing, and got us working with hot water in time for dinner. Thank you for the great service!

Sam Jr. arrived promptly and quickly assessed the job to prepare the estimate. The work required a lot of trips under the crawl space and back out to the garage, but Sam Jr. was very attentive to keeping our home clean and layed out tarps to protect the floors and carpet. When the job was done, it was exactly the amount of the estimate provided, so no surprises. The workmanship was professional, and I am very glad I didn’t attempt this myself. I know the job is to code, and the work guaranteed. Thanks Sam Jr. for the great work!
