TLDR: I highly recommend Josh G and Nate from Bee's Plumbing for your plumbing needs. Today, April 15, 2025, Josh G and Nate came to my house to repair a leaky bath faucet and shower head. Josh and Nate were both polite and professional. They troubleshooted the problem and quickly identified the issue. Additionally, they found that the water pressure was well above code (running 115 psi instead of the max of 80 psi). They completed the job and took great care of our house, leaving it clean and looking better than they found it. Further, they re-caulked the bathroom sink (as it was in poor condition). The sink looks great! For a professional job with skilled work, I recommend Josh and Nate for your next plumbing job. I too will have them back next week to install a regulator to lower the pressure down to code.

We had a big, complicated job at our house, and Tyler and Andres (as well as a few other folks whose names I didn't catch) were communicative, professional, and friendly at all times. They answered our questions best they could as the work went along, and they went out of their way to keep the house/yard clean between work days. Really top notch stuff and would heartily recommend their services.

We had an urgent sewer issue, Bees had Sam Jr and Jorge out within hours and no exorbitant charges. Those 2 technicians stayed until 9:00 pm trouble shooting the issue and had a team back the day with a solution. I was so impressed with the skill of the technicians and the office staff, they all went above and beyond.

My experience was great. The guys, especially Matt, were so friendly and informative. I was given options and selected what I wanted done based on my budget. I feel confident in their work.

I had an incredibly seamless experience after having a bad experience with a different local plumber. Called in with my issues, they were able to get someone out here same day or next day. Sam Jr and Jorge arrived, they immediately listened to me ramble about everything I thought was wrong with our tankless and even did a quick walk through with me of my explanation. Sam Jr and Jorge were both incredibly professional and polite. They made sure they didn’t leave without answering all of my questions for them. 100% would recommend requesting Sam Jr when you call. He knows his stuff and takes the time to explain everything to you. Jorge is still an apprentice and I’m not exactly sure all of the ins and outs of what that means but once he’s certified I would recommend him too!

Getting an appointment was very easy. Blake G and his peer helped me take out a touch wooden piece out. Neatly done ! I would highly recommend !

At the end of March 2025, I had a massive water leak at the front of my property on Mercer Island. The water was free flowing to the end of my Cul de Sac, that is how big the leak was. The tree rooted to an old Crimson Maple tree had grown into the water pipes originally installed with the house. I sought assistance from Bee’s Plumbing based only on reviews I had seen on various sites. They came and recommended three potential solutions, but after some excavation it was discovered that the only way to fix the pipes was to envelop the pipe in a tube and run it under the tree roots, a massive undertaking. It was amazing how fast these two guys could get the holes dug, and pipes tunneled through each hole to accommodate the water pipes. I was without water the whole time and I could tell they were working very hard to get me running water. Unfortunately, right before turning the water on, they discovered two more holes/leaks in other pipes. They repaired those same day and dutifully listened for any leakage in my house, getting the water back on that same day. In addition to the work, what was impressive was Bee’s Plumbing was at my door at 8 am or earlier every day of work, and one day worked till about 8 pm at night to get to the point where they had to be for the large tunneling machine to arrive the next day, promptly at 7:45 am. I have several pictures of the work, but the most telling to me is the one I’ve attached to this review. It shows one of the pipes with one of the secondary leaks and the hole that was leaking in addition to the one that caused the breach in the first place. The clamps were not Bee’s Plumbing, but a previous attempt to fix the pipes. Please feel free to contact me for additional information. Outstanding service!

My fairly new hybrid water heater neglected to produce hot water one day. Jeff and Anthony were able to address the issue before the original installer could schedule it in. As a bonus, the initial diagnostic fee and labor were less. The company was easy to contact and confirmations/receipts were prompt. Thank you for a job well done.

Tech was great and resolved our issue and put in a little extra effort to resolve our error code. They were very communicative. Seemed a little expensive but they did end up giving me a discount. Everything is spendy these days.

The frikkin' best. We love Bee's. Great service. They are speedy for emergencies and transparent about the timeframe for non-emergencies. The phone reps and the techs have all always been pleasant. Onsite, they explain the issues and options so that they're easily understood. I've never felt pressured or "up sold" --- they give me options and discuss the pros and cons of each. They're respectful and careful of the property and have always left the work area clean. This is the 3rd time we've called them for an issue over the years. Today, it was Blake who rocked, but I'd trust anyone they send out.

This is my third time using Bees plumbing, and I can’t recommend them highly enough! They’ve done a dishwasher install, water heater replacement (and crisis management when it failed) and irrigation issue for me. Their entire staff has been nothing but top-notch, and I’m so happy to recommend their team! Luke did my hot water heater replacement this week. He was so knowledgeable, calm and helpful, and I’m very thankful for the great work.
