I called in the morning for an assessment and estimate for a leaky old toilet and obtained an appointment for 2pm the same day... Then they showed up with everything they needed to completely swap the fixture in the very same day: flange mount, new replacement toilet and shut off valve already on the truck. They also capped an abandoned section of sewer pipe in exchange for this review. Also very conscientious with shoe covers, indoors. I will call Bee's again, they get it done

Our technician was efficient, friendly and very skilled. Honestly wish more of my experiences with plumbers were this good. Replaced a leaky hose bib and added an access panel. Looks amazing and works great.

I called Bee's impulsively and out of frustration with our "regular" plumbing outfit who never seemed to be able to prioritize our plumbing needs over the years. The mail flyer we'd received a week or two earlier was definitely a blessing! When I called the customer service gals, Melissa scheduled an appointment that same day and the guys showed up within 2 hours! The young plumber and his equally young apprentice were incredibly polite and respectful of my 88 year old Mom and her house, as well! These young fellas had their protective "booties" on as the stepped into our home and Mom and I were both immediately quite impressed with the whole experience! We needed help with our tankless water heater and Bee’s came through for us big time. Scheduling was quick and easy. They fixed a big leak, installed a new pressure control valve and a new shut off valve. The guys that worked on our system were great. We are very satisfied customers and will definitely be using Bee’s for any future plumbing or heating needs!

They were very flexible and understanding with scheduling. Plus the work they did ended up with the long term fix that we definitely needed. Excited to give our little one a proper bath now!!

I had a complicated water main leak at my wearhouse and Matt and Axl came out the same day and inspected the system and gave me several quotes for different scenarios. They both worked for the next two days and repaired the leak to my satisfaction. They were both very professional and polite and kept me informed throughout the process. Matt G and Axel came by to look at our leaky tub - turned out not to be a big issue as far as they could tell. But on their way out they noticed that our canoe was leaning up against the house and covering the furnace air intake and exhaust - which we didn't realize could cause system failure (not to mention possible carbon monoxide poisoning!). We actually had to replace our furnace last week and I wonder if this was a contributing factor! Wish the HVAC guys had noticed what these plumbers noticed! We might have had to have our furnace replaced AGAIN if Matt and Axel hadn't been paying attention. Plus Matt G and Axel were easy communicators and friendly.

Blake was excellent! He diagnosed and solved the problem with low hot water pressure quickly and had great communication throughout. He did it all without having to open the wall, which another plumber had said was necessary. I'm so glad I got a second opinion and found out about Bee's plumbing, I will definitely use them again when the need arises.

I had an emergency issue and I was extremely happy with the customer service I was provided today. Especially with it being on a weekend when it was difficult to even get a plumber to fix my problem. The gentleman was not only friendly but very knowledgeable in his area of expertise. I will be doing business with Bees again!

Very happy with bees plumbing, and the service I received. Paul was fantastic! Very thorough and detail oriented, and incredibly personable too. He replaced my hot water heater and faucet in the bathroom sink. He ran into issues with the valve on the hot water heater and ended up replacing it three times. He came back again on a Sunday morning to complete the job. All along while having issues with the part, which were no fault of his, he was calm, friendly, patient and was insistent that this be done properly.
