Bee’s Plumbing was very responsive and friendly. From Stephanie on the phone to the two plumbers, Trent and Brad who helped me in out in an emergency, the whole process was very smooth. Trent and Brad were very engaging in the home, recommended the right solutions and were great to work with! My disposal broke and fell down, and they were very professional and quick in installing a new disposal and helping fix a few other issues under the kitchen sink. Highly recommended!

Great people both in the office and install crew. First install was under-sized and could not keep up with several days of 95 degrees. Upsized the system by 60% but they charged only for the equipment exchange. I am now just waiting for the next hot spell to test the AC.

They are not the cheapest but when you need a plumber quick they are honest, communicate well, and do solid work.

Bees is very convenient here in West Seattle. Very reliable and able to get the job done as proposed. We have used them for dishwasher venting as well as line blockages. They are first rate a d first on my emergency call list.

Christian provided awesome customer service on my project. When replacing a gas line, a number of other issues came up that he was able to fix at the time- saving me valuable return trip charges. Will use these guys again!

We had a great experience with a toilet install we needed done. We had two different plumbers give us quotes for a toilet install and line inspection. We received push back on installing the toilet we purchased as well as them trying to sell us a different toilet. Parker came out on a Wednesday to provide a quote for the install and inspection. While the toilet install was a little more than the first two, we felt confident in his work and appreciated him taking the time to talk with us without trying to sell us a different toilet. Parker came back on Friday to install the toilet and inspect the line. He did a great job and we appreciated him showing us the line was clear and being creative with going through the garage to fix a broken pipe vs. taking out the tile behind the toilet. We will be calling Bee’s plumbing and asking for Parker for future needs.

We had a unique situation of adding a drain line in a basement and Max did a great job using his ingenuity and know how to get the job done and it looks great. He was great to work with.

I was alerted by Alderwood Water that I had a water leak. Unfortunately, it was an outside leak on a 1/2 acre lot and I couldn't find it. Luke came out, explained to me the leak-detection process, had it all set up within days, and the problem was rapidly solved. Both workers were fast and efficient - and Luke was particularly good. He understood my situation and made it as easy on me as possible. He had to cut back a shrub to dig out the leak and even put all the refuse in my yard waste bin. It was all expensive, of course, but not near as bad as I expected, plus some credits were authorized...and I was just relieved to have the problem fixed quickly and efficiently. I wouldn't hesitate to call Bee's for any problems I have in the future!

Eddie and Zach were amazing today! They came within two hours! They cut the smallest hole possible to fix the problem and cleaned up everything afterwards! Will be calling them again when needed! Im so happy I called them!

Second time using bees plumbing. Replaced 60 year old broken shower plumbing (all of it). Trent and Brad were professional, did quality work and were very good about cleaning up after themselves. I will say Bees plumbing isn't cheap, but when it comes to plumbing I'm willing to pay more for a quality job.

Awesome experience with Sam Sr. and a very capable young woman whose name I don't remember (sorry!). They installed two new toilets for us and it went off without a hitch. Quick, professional, courteous, answered all our questions. It would have been cheaper to buy our own toilets and had them install it, but with the reviews I read on Lowe's, Home Depot, and the experience of friends having toilets shipped or delivered and then broken multiple times, we just decided to use their inventory. They had exactly what we wanted on their truck. Great experience. Highly recommend.

Great work from Trent and Andrey! They did a great job diagnosing the issue quickly, providing estimates and keeping us informed along the way. The Bee’s team was very communicative, giving us a call before to tell us the expected arrival time and after to make sure we were happy with our service. I called Bee’s based on online reviews and compared with another larger company. I decided to go with Bee’s. Zach was my first point of contact. He was patient, knowledgeable and answered all my questions, even when I called back the second time with more questions. Bee’s gave me a 4 hour window as opposed to some other companies that may keep you waiting all day. On the day of service, I was called an hour ahead of arrival, which was wonderful. Julio and Carlos arrived right on time. They prepared the estimate and once I agreed went straight to work. They were both very professional and friendly. I had a water heater, garbage disposal and toilet installed all within 4 hrs. They worked extremely clean and explained everything. I am am so happy that I chose Bee’s, grateful to the gentlemen and highly recommend Bee’s for your repairs or next home project! 8/25/2024 Used Bee’s again today. Eddie and Malachi came out to install the 2nd bathroom’s toilet. Like my other services, I was kept informed of arrivals. Both gentlemen, as their colleagues before them, were professional, courteous, funny. They did a fantastic job! But since it was Bee’s, I expected nothing less. Thanks Eddie and Malachi!

I had Bee's replace a leaking, 20 year old gas water heater and they did a very good job. I had obtained several estimates and Bee's was willing to be competitive on pricing, which I appreciated. The installation was performed in a very professional and timely manner. They also made improvements on my plumbing hook ups to improve safety. I would use and recommend Bee's for future plumbing needs.

We needed a last-minute hot water tank change. Even though it was late in the afternoon when I called in, they said they can figure it out would have somebody over to the house in about an hour. They showed up, gave me a fair price and had it done about an hour later! Awesome
