I had a great experience with Bee’s. I am a former general contractor and currently the owner of a restaurant in West Seattle in the midst of a build out. The lead plumber, Jose Ruiz, along with his crew, were conscientious, courteous, communicated well, and I participated as Jose mentally mapped out the completed work . His knowledge of Seattle commercial plumbing codes was extensive and the work was meticulous. We passed inspection for our rough-in on the first go round. I will be calling Bee’s for all my future work.

Edit: Bee’s reached out to us, and rectified the situation. They sent a plumber out the same day. Jacob was very knowledgeable and helpful, and helped us get to the bottom of the problem. We had an appointment for an emergency plumbing service for a leak and potential pipes. We were really relying on Bee’s to come. But after we called them in the morning to ask about our scheduled appointment, they told us they are no longer able to serve us. I understand this happens, but Bee’s was not proactive and didn’t call us on their own to figure out alternatives. They likely just wouldn’t have showed up had we not called them. This delay and lack of urgency on their end caused us significant inconvenience. We are really disappointed with Bee’s and would not choose them again.

Had a shaky start, but DJ called and sent out two amazing techs to help fix our issues. Zach and Eddie were amazing. They took the time to double check my issues and then explain what they found. They gave us great service and were so quick in installing our new fixtures.
