Jacob has come through for me in a pinch, twice. I'm very happy with the service provided. First he installed my apron sink. This was the fourth company I had to call to make that happen. Then Jacob came back and connected my apron sink to plumbing after I got my countertops installed. I also hired him to install my garbage disposal and dishwasher. I needed all of this to happen according to a pretty tight schedule to get me VA appraisal set up and buy the house. He is a rockstar!

Awesome service! Hayden was stuck on his previous job and still came to my appt even though it’s already late. He did a really fast and great job on fixing my toilet water tank, even replaced my toilet fill valve for free. Really recommended!

Christian and Zack were very helpful with our multiple plumbing needs. A leaking kitchen faucet, dead garbage disposal and singing/squaking/screaming shower. Both very knowledgeable and friendly and took the time to explain why each plumbing issue was happening.

We had a very good experience with Bee’s Plumbing. Dmitri and his plumbing assistant were prompt, tidy and efficient. Dmitri explained a couple of different options to fix my old leaking galvanized drain pipes. I originally chose the least expensive and time efficient route. Once Dmitri dug into my issues he brought me back into the discussion to point out a few things about old galvanized plumbing. He showed me a length of pipe that needed replacement that was more than 75% clogged with rust after 60 something years. He explained this was very common on homes that used this type of drain pipes 60 years ago. He insisted he could address my original problem but it was only a short term fix that will present itself somewhere else another day. In short, my problem wasn’t going to go away forever. I quickly convinced myself that Dmitri’s recommended repair that was thousands of dollars, not hundreds, was going to be my best overall solution. Thank you Dmitri and crew and Bee’s Plumbing for a timely and thorough repair. I couldn’t be more satisfied with our experience. I spent more than I expected but definitely got my moneys worth. Good plumbers aren’t cheap but cheap plumbers aren’t good, so there’s that.

We’ve hired Bee’s before and were happy with the service, so we didn’t hesitate to call again when we were notified by the city that our water consumption had gone through the roof and we might have a leak/break. When I called, Josh was dispatched same day within an hour. I know it probably sounds weird to compliment someone for delivering expensive bad news, but he was so kind and patient. He isolated the break, put together estimates for all the options and thoroughly explained the process. He called to check in on our decision and got us scheduled for the work. When they came back to start the repairs, they isolated several breaks in the water main and determined the problem was on the city’s side. He had them come out and scheduled for them to come back next day to do the rest of the work. We weren’t charged anything and they noticed the city was able to come back and complete the work, so they waited and moved our gigantic metal planters back into place for us. Josh was just as great at delivering good news as bad, and was so conscientious and professional. We’ll never call another plumbing company.

Wasted 8 hours of my time. Been told the plumber would come and then they keep pushing out and never come. Feel like if you have a small project they won't even bother coming. Please respect people's time. If you don't want to help just let me know so I will call other plumbers instead of having me rearranging my time to wait for no one. Update: Bees took care of me shortly after. Technician Doc came out and fixed the issue. They promised 100% satisfaction and they delivered it.

Thank you, Bee's Plumbing! Mike and his apprentice tackled all the unexpected items and existing challenges in my upstairs bathroom. From tracking down a hard-to-find Moen stem faucet, to troubleshooting the push/pull shower handle, to re-seating a rocky toilet, they delivered. On time, wore booties, full cost disclosure before starting; they were just fantastic.

We had an immediate need Bee’s was able to help with same day. The real win came from the thoroughness Matt and Sam Jr. provided us to ensure the leak was capped off until the right parts could be ordered. Sam Jr.’s communication was superior, that experience alone is worth leveraging Bee’s for future plumbing needs.

I had my tank-less external water heater go out on me. I called Bee's Plumbing, and they quickly answered some of my questions and sent a technician to my house the next day (I called 1 hour before closing). Marcos and his apprentice came out at 8 am; they diagnosed my machine and recommended a replacement due to the age of the device. I was previously informed it might need to be replaced within the year. The quote was in line with what other companies I called. Well, here they replaced my water heater, added a hose spigot to the front of my house, adjusted my pressure regulator, and fixed a wobbly toilet. The price was not cheap, but it was fair market value overall. You get what you pay for here and then some. They were very respectful of me and my home. They were efficient and cleaned up their work areas. They were great at answering my questions. They did all of this in a single day. You can't go wrong with calling Bee's Plumbing and Heating to come to your home. They will be my first call from now on. Again, I want to thank Marcos and Manuel for all their help today. P.S. Darius was excellent. Even though our system worked when he arrived he carefully explained how this might have happened and what it would take to replace our disposal if it broke down in the future. Very pleasant and fun to have representing you. We also appreciated the contact as to arrival.

Called Bee’s plumbing with a non emergency need and they were out in less than two. Paul and Jackson were a pleasure to work with. They were very thorough before starting the work with what it would take to resolve the issue, provided an estimate, complete the work in a very timely manner and within the budget they provided. It’s hard now days to find good work and this team went over and beyond expectations. I highly recommend Bee’s Plumbing!!!

Paul and Teeda (not sure if I’m spelling his name correctly) they came out regarding a very bad leak. They were honest professional people. Got the leak fix and will have them come out again to get more work done. This company’s communication is awesome from start to end! Highly recommend.
