My kitchen drain was plugged. I tried unplugging it myself, since I have done that many times throughout my life, but the clog was a distance from the house and I no longer have a snake. Matt and Anthony came from Bee's in Seattle and fixed it. I didn't know they were so far away because I was looking for someone in Lakewood and, for some reason, their company name came up. These guys are the nicest you will ever meet. They worked quickly and efficiently and got it done. Since I generally do our plumbing, we were unfamiliar with the current costs associated with that kind of work. When we complained about the bill, they called their manager and got us a significant discount. So, I'm impressed with their work and impressed with their flexibility. I would recommend them to anyone who cannot do their own basic plumbing. My first recommendation, however, is to do your own basic plumbing -- if at all possible.

Bee’s was so nice on the phone and had someone scheduled almost immediately. They communicated with me about timing and were very clear about costs. Paul was amazing. He explained everything thoroughly and really put us at ease. He worked hard until the job was complete and even helped us with an unrelated issue to our first call. Highly recommend!

PJ came through and installed my new faucet. PJ was here within an hour of contacting Bees. He was fast, friendly, and professional. Couldn't be happier with the service provided! Highly recommend PJ and Bees Plumbing.

Bee's Plumbing is responsive, reliable and expert in their work. I had a PRV installed and when the shower head was dripping, I called them. After assessing the situation and reviewing other plumbing needs, they came out the following week to replace the shower head, replace the kitchen faucet to restore hot water pressure, and replace the sink drain mechanism in the bathroom. All expertly done and I'm back in business now. I am grateful for their professionalism, responsiveness and expertise. I highly recommend Bee's Plumbing for critical plumbing needs and happily share my experience with friends and family.

Their calm demeanor helped calm my concerns about a leak I'd suspected for years hidden in my bathroom wall as well as tended to all 3 of the toilets that had been running water for months. Paul was very helpful to me as a new homeowner experiencing plumbing issues. He made himself available to me even on days he was not working to help field questions I had about the process to repair a leak in my main water valve. He was knowledgeable and upfront about pricing and did his best to help provide a fair price.

I called Bee's Plumbing to fix a small pipe leak and they set me up with an appointment the next day, which was a Saturday (same pricing as weekdays). I totally appreciated the bio that was included when I received a text that PJ was on his way. I also appreciated that he and Braden took their shoes off before coming in the house. PJ walked me through his quote matrix and the work was done in an hour with care and cleanliness for the surrounding area. PJ also took the time to look at a couple of other rooms and answer questions about unrelated plumbing matters.
