I had a good experience with this company, the 2 employees doing the job (tub install) were super nice guys - model employees! this place is lucky to have them. work was done quick, they advised as they went, gave advice for next steps when done. im very happy. note: i dont know for sure if i got a deal, paid too much, or paid just the right amount. it seems these days plumbers wont quote unless they come out and look first and there is a fee for that.

Marcus and Diego were very professional and courteous. They listened to my questions and issues, offered the best and most cost effective solution. I appreciate they were thorough in the investigation, even checking out my pipes and crawl space.

Marcus and Diego did a great job for us fixing a clogged drain. Marcus explained our options and patiently answered our questions and looked at a couple of our other drains to assure us they were okay. He also gave us some much needed advise on preventive maintenance. We called Bee's because Marcus had helped us once before and we liked working with him and Bee's.

Bee's Plumbing replaced 2 old, failing shower valve cartridges for me. They were quick to schedule, and even came out on the weekend to inspect the dripping showers. The technicians arrived on time, and were friendly and professional. Bee's even sent me a short bio before they arrived, which I thought was a nice touch. Unlucky for me, one of the parts was defective, but they came back and replaced it right away no questions asked. They even gave me some advice about a plumbing project I was DIY-ing. The initial sticker shock took some time to get over, but service was top notch so I'll be giving them a call for my future plumbing needs.

Paul and T.D. was very professional and was very through in providing multiple options in getting the work done. Appreciate all your hard work! Highly recommend the two!!!!!

UPDATE: 08/08/2023 After reading our review, Joe from Bee's Plumbing sent me an updated, itemized invoice with the promised discount AND is sending a coupon for money off our next appointment with them. I'd say that's might fine service and above and beyond what many of us expect in this day and age. What a great company! Thank you, Bee's Plumbing. We will recommend you any and every chance we get! Julio was very pleasant and explained everything where we could understand it. He was efficient and had the job done in no time. He even looked at our second toilet which needed a mere chain adjustment and took care of that, as well, even though that was not part of the service call. The ONLY thing I wish were explained better was the invoice being itemized. They were a day late and said we would get a discount, but we couldn't tell if we did. One of the office gals said she would check and get back to us, but we didn't hear anything else. HOWEVER, we still think the service they provided was excellent, fast and thorough and we would definitely use Bee's Plumbing again!

I just had the best experience working with bees plumbing. The technicians were extremely professional and extremely helpful. They explained everything that was happening and even went so far as checking water pressure and fixed our hot water on our kitchen sink free of charge. I would highly recommend this company and would use them again in the future.

These guys showed up, did the work, and all my plumbing needs were wrapped up in one visit. Would definitely use them again. 🙂

Great experience with this company! They were prompt and courteous, and the tech explained everything in detail and answered all of our questions. They use licensed plumbers and it shows - Marcos was our plumber and he really knew what he was doing. He showed us all the parts and walked us through everything he did at the end. The price was fair and I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Marcus was super helpful, diagnosed and repaired all in one trip. In and out quickly, and the leak is fixed :)

Showed up and assessed our issue almost immediately. Within 15min they had a quote for us. We moved forward with the service and they got to work promptly and had our issue resolved within 30min. The crew was very knowledgeable, friendly and provided great customer service.

Josh Stavely was super kind, knowledgable, and patient! We needed an evaluation on our toilet due to a mysterious leak. He made a fair estimate and resolved the issue. We will always go with Bee’s and request Josh! You can’t go wrong.

The manager Joe called me this morning and offered a refund for the service. He was very pleasant and patient and listened to my complaint. He stated he will investigate the issue as well. Do not recommend! Had them come over for a leak they charge 99 just to come, 650 or so to detect the leak and then quoted me a price of 5000$ more( I had 2 leaks at the house). I informed them I wanted a second opinion. I brought in another very reputable plumbing company and they did the job for 1600 for both leaks!

Tate did an excellent job of dealing w/my toilet issue. I thought there might be a washcloth causing the clog (missing washcloth after friend's 4yo visited yesterday). Tate successfully retrieved the washcloth and the clog was done. I'm so happy he listened to me and the job was done quickly! I highly recommend Tate & Bee's Plumbing!

First, they promised to come out on day we had leaking toilet only to call at end of day and say they couldn’t come. Then the next day they came. $1500 to replace a basic toilet! Crazy expensive for such a routine job. Technician was good and very nice. Follow up - Joe the manager called me and we worked through the issue and they made things right. I appreciated that follow up and thus changed my rating.

This has been our second time have Sam from Bee’s Plumbing help us. He and Malakai were able to come out the very next day after calling about some minor leaks we had. I appreciated getting a text beforehand informing us about our technician, including a picture, so we knew who would be showing up. After walking them around and showing them our issues, Sam was able to put together a detailed estimate right on the spot. He walked me through some potential difficulties with one of the fixes, which was much appreciated. Fortunately he was able to avoid those, which was even better! They were able to finish fairly quickly and walked me through everything they did once they were through. They honestly went above and beyond with the repairs, even going so far as adding in a preventative fix for us. Before they left, Sam took some time to educate me on the importance of proper winter pipe care, which was greatly appreciated. We haven’t been the best about it in the past but we sure will be now! We have been incredibly pleased with Bee’s Plumbing, and especially with Sam’s work. I really appreciate his honesty and thoroughness in his approach. We will definitely be using them again for any future repairs!

Used Bee's for the first time for a gas range and sink drain repair and although we got off on the wrong foot, both Joe and Joey were very professional, made things right, and did a fantastic job on our repairs.... highly recommend this operation.
