The Plumber's from Bee's showed up and did intial inspection and offered different courses of action. Went with camera inspection first, got to see where the problem was, roots in one area of the pipe then guys routed the area and opened up the pipe. Got to look on the camera after they finished routing the area with the roots and clog was happy to see pipe was clear. Josh discussed the problem with roots and offered other courses of action for in the future. The camera view really helps in knowing what the problem was and where in the pipe. Great job all around from the guys.

Our outside water faucet would not turn on, so I called Bees Plumbing, Jacob arrived right on time, he was professional and courtesous. Fixed the problem and the faucet works great. He also dicovered that we had a water leak in our water meter, he suggested I call Tacoma Public Utilities, and I did. Thanks to Jacob, that problem is now fixed and I will get a credit on my next water bill. I highly recommend this plumbing company. Anne Harbin

We have had negative experiences with plumbers in the past and always start off a little cautious, but working with Joshua quickly changed our minds. He was very honest about what needed to be prioritized and what could be monitored. He and his partner worked very efficiently and completed the job well before I thought they would. The prices were very reasonable given the scope of what he needed to do for us. I will definitely be calling them again for our future plumbing needs.

We had a leak in the wall behind our bathtub that leaked down to the bathroom downstairs. Scheduled a service call and the communication was the best I have ever seen. Our plumber was Tate and he was excellent. Very skilled in his craft and his communication was top notch. I hope to never use a plumber again but when I do it will definitely be with Bee's and Tate!

Best Service in Seattle and Surrounding areas

We love Bee's Plumbing, not just for their plumbing work, but also because of their exceptional service. We had a kitchen faucet that was leaking and they we're able to send someone out the morning after I called. PJ arrived right on time, and quickly replaced it. He took the time to explain what had broken with the old faucet, too. Going above and beyond, he removed a good chunk of the interior cabinet that had been damaged from the leak, which was so kind of him! While changing out the faucet he identified some issues with our shutoff valves (the rubber o-rings were old and disintegrating) and was very honest about the cost to repair. He had to do quite a bit of extra work to remove some of the disintegrated particles so we could use the new faucet, but even with that, didn't pressure us to do the repairs right away, which I really appreciated given the cost. We also had an exterior spigot we couldn't use because the faucet that had some kind of attachment that wouldn't fit a garden hose. I asked if he could replace it. He was transparent that it would be a big job requiring cutting into the drywall, and instead identified what it was (a broken backflow preventer), removed the broken piece (which we'd tried to do ourselves unsuccessfully), showed me the replacement piece I could purchase myself, and explained how to install. Seriously, the technicians from Bee's have always gone above and beyond to make sure the job gets done and you know your options for repairs. We'll continue to use them for anything that comes up!

The team at Bee's was really great. They came out the next day and resolved my issue quickly. They did have to come back later in the day to resolve something else unforeseen, that was sort of related, but I can't hold that against him. I'll definitely use them again.

Marcus and Diego were great at communicating the repair options for a re-pipe of old T&C pipe in a tight space, including a "worst case scenario" which they predicted was unlikely to take place (and it didn't). They quickly and professionally completed the job, which eliminated the leak and restored our access to hot water.

When you need a plumber, you NEED a plumber. We have been in this situation a few times, with residential buildings and a commercial building. I used a different company in the past. However, I recently learned that our favorite expert changed companies. We intend to use Bee's Plumbing in the future so long as we can select Dmitri Wagoner. He is knowledgable, kind and honest. All hard qualities to find in one person. Highly recommend.

After getting quotes from a couple local plumbing services I was nervous about moving forward with Bees seeing that it was among the more expensive options. But my tech Dmitri made the experience worth it! He was on time, very kind, took time to understand the struggles I’ve had with my shower and was able to fix the issue - which he explained was actually really simple.
