Working with PJ at Bee's was such a breath of fresh air. As we all know, costs have skyrocketed during the pandemic. When our 12 year old water heater finally died a few days ago, we called them and Beacon for quotes. Not only was Bee's slightly cheaper, but the quality of work and communication was far superior. They explained why our current heater couldn't be repaired, priced out our options, AND explained the pros and cons between each option. Best of all, they did so in a way that didn't feel hand-wavy or predatory or any of the issues you often encounter with this type of work. During the actual replacement process, PJ and his crew member (missed his name, sorry) were polite, professional, respectful, and downright friendly. They treated our home as if they were working on their own, which is to say with the utmost care and attention to detail. Couldn't be more pleased!

needed a plumber to replace my leaking faucet. i have had awful experiences with plumbers in the past and wasnt looking forward to having to call one. i decided to call bees plumbing based off their reviews and im glad i did. the whole process was quick and easy! they sent Bogie out and i will be requesting him when i use tge company again

I called this company to fix my hot water tank. Within an hour, they sent Diego out! He went out of his way to get a part and fixed the hot water and he was just wonderful! So warm, so friendly, and efficient!! I couldn’t recommend this company more!!! The office staff was also wonderful!!! And the owners… they truly care!!! Thank you all! Purchased a fixer upper in need of some serious plumbing repair due to shoddy work by previous owners. Bee's has helped significantly twice now with separate projects and done a great, honest job at promptly troubleshooting, advising and repairing while helping to keep costs controlled as much as possible for professional plumbing work. Bee’s is amazing! We had plumbing issues for over a year and Josh came out a few days after calling and fixed all of our problems in just a few hours! Only a few weeks later my parents water expansion tank was leaking while out of town. I called Josh, he gave me advice while on the phone and he came out first thing Monday to replace the expansion tank. The best company to do business with, we appreciate Bee’s! Today the City let us know we might have a leak. After investing I found the source and called for help. Great customer service off the bat. Our plumbing support was Sean and Andrew and they were amazing. Walked us through the situation and possible outcomes. They got the work done same day, probably saving us more money. I hope to not need their services again, but if we do, I'll call Bee's again. Thanks, guys!

Had a tenant call that their toilet was leaking and they got a quote to replace it. It was only a couple years old so I called Bees to take a look. I spoke with a guy named Bogie and he said it just looked like the tank was loose causing some minor dripping. Went ahead and replaced tank to gasket kit and fill valve/flapper while he was at it and we’ve had no issues since. Glad to be able to trust Bees and will be calling them for all my future jobs!

Bogie replaced our garbage disposal today. The whole process was quick and painless and he was out of here in less than an hour. Was happy to hear about the generous warranty as well. Highly recommend bees plumbing!!
